Sent the incorrect colours of flowers

Were do I start.....Adter being told they couldn't fulfill my original order days before the wedding and offering alteratives that didn't look like what i asked for, they came through at the last min. However, i would not recommend this company. I ordered pale pink and WHITE rose and got pale pink and yellow roses. When I called them on my wedding day their excuse was that's there white in the roses. I was so unhappy with the colours that I left them at the hotel in the end. I requested a refund but was told they needed to collect the flowers first before being able to refund. Imagine hearing all this on your wedding day, helpless. They spoilt my pictures and my day. The least they could of done was offered a part refund as you can see from the photos the flowers are NOT WHITE.
