Bird Events is a wedding florist and stylist based in Guildford, Surrey in the Southeast of England.


Based just outside Guildford and travelling to wherever love takes them, Bird Events is a mother-daughter floral studio creating beautiful, natural wedding flowers with a deeply personal touch.

As a family-run business, Bird Events offers a completely tailored experience—Attention to detail is key and working closely with each couple to listen to their ideas and bring their unique vision to life with thoughtful approach, amazing flowers and personalised designs.

From intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, every wedding is created with your wishes in mind, using their creativity, knowledge and a genuine love for what they do to bring the perfect flowers for your day.

Services Offered

Bird Events offer a free virtual consultation to get to know you and discuss your wedding flower ideas. Following a consultation, you will receive a personalised proposal detailing how Bird Events can bring your wedding flowers to life. Couples are welcome to as many meetings as required and site visits are offered. Bird Events has a super friendly relaxed approach.

On the day of your wedding, the Bird Events team will personally install your wedding flowers and styling to ensure everything is perfect for your special day.

At the end of your wedding, Bird Events offer a take-home service if you would like to take flowers home or give them away to your guests. It's important to spread the love so any flowers leftover are taken to a Care Home close to the Bird Events studio.

What is included in the wedding package?

We offer a bespoke service to each couple to ensure everything is just as you dreamt it would be. We have lots of inspiring ideas for you so please do get in touch for a bespoke quote

How far in advance should I contact you?

We only book one wedding in per day so it's best to contact us as early as possible to reserve your date with us. Wedding dates are booked on a first come first served basis with a deposit of £200

Do you design personalised bridal bouquets?

Yes

Can you travel?

Yes, surrey, Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire, London and further afield if you would like us to!

Is there a charge for traveling?

Yes, we include a logistics cost in your flower quote based on the location of your wedding

What is the charge for national mailing?

Stunning detail!

We 100% recommend Jayne!

Jayne captured our vision immediately and delivered above our expectation.

Jayne was a gem and worked well within our budget. She was flexible and provides polished mood boards to explore your vision and how she can incorporate them.

On the day people kept talking out the flowers at our tables and in particular our hoop/moon gate. The flowers were the perfect colors for what we wanted and the meadows were absolutely gorgeous.

At the end of the night Jayne and her daughter came to collect the remaining flowers (we kept 2 meadows for ourself) to donate to a local care home.


Jayne is easy to talk to and will work with you to achieve your vision. We 100% recommend Bird events to anyone and everyone.

A dream wedding florist

Firstly, we wanted to start with a big thank you! To say the flowers on our wedding day were beautiful, is an understatement. They were stunning and all our guests agreed! From the moment I met Jayne I knew she was the women to create our flower dream. As a flower lover, who also decided to get married in a historic garden Jayne had a big challenge, but she created something more beautiful than we could have ever have dreamed. Her knowledge, vision and innate ability to understand what we wanted was immense. My only regret? That we don't get to work with her anymore. Thank you Jayne

Unbelievable!

From the moment I had the first video call with Jayne, I knew we had to book Bird Events. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was extremely accommodating when I had a change of theme about a month before the wedding. Throughout the process Jayne was responsive and helpful and was always cognisant of the budget that we had set. On the day Jayne was absolutely amazing, not only did she execute everything to perfection (and exactly how I wanted it which was no mean feat!) but she was also a joy to have there on the wedding day. It really felt like I was greeting a friend when she arrived on site. She went above and beyond with everything including making a miniature button hole for our 18 month old son to match the groom’s buttonhole. I would recommend Bird Events to anyone without a doubt!

Absolutely wonderful - highly recommend!

We couldn't have been more delighted with our wedding flowers from Bird Events. Jayne was completely wonderful throughout the whole process - patient, professional, warm and supportive. She was so easy to work with and completely captured the style and feel we wanted, right down to the details. All the communications I had from Jayne were really clear and gave me complete confidence. We were completely blown away by everything on the day, from the buttonholes to the table arrangements - everything was done so beautifully and our guests couldn't stop complimenting how perfectly 'us' the flowers were. We can't thank you enough for making our day so special!

Our friends still comment on our flowers today!

Jayne took our wish for colourful flowers at our winter wedding and delivered the most fantastic designs. She came to the venue with us, suggested options to suit our budget and designed a creative statement piece that could be used in the church and at the reception venue. The flowers were all stunning and it's a part of the wedding our friends still comment on today. I couldn't recommend working with Jayne highly enough.

Utterly Amazing!

I would highly recommend Jayne & Rozanna. My wedding flowers were utterly amazing and just what I wanted. They were very professional in all aspects, nothing was too much for them. Even after all of my phone calls!

Incredibly helpful and delightful to work with
