Hi, I'm Claire 👋
I'm the artist behind WTF Illustration, and I create live wedding guest illustrations and bespoke watercolour keepsakes that help couples relive the magic of their wedding day long after the last dance.
Based in Lincolnshire (with travel up to 1.5 hours each way included), I personally hand-paint every illustration, bringing a relaxed, friendly and creative experience to your celebration.

As your wedding unfolds, I'll paint beautiful watercolour portraits live at your reception for your guests to watch and enjoy before taking them home as a truly personal keepsake. It's part entertainment, part wedding favour and something your guests will treasure long after the day is over.
I paint portraits, not people, as most illustrations feature couples or families together. This means one portrait often captures two or more guests, allowing me to paint far more people than the package name suggests.
Portraits are available with or without facial features, depending on the style you love.

Because guests are usually painted in couples or family groups, 30 portraits will typically cover around 60–65 guests.

With over 30 years of professional design experience and a lifelong love of watercolour, I genuinely feel so lucky to spend my days painting people's happiest memories.
No two weddings are ever the same, and neither are my illustrations. Every piece is hand-painted by me, and while my style is loose, modern and full of character, I'm always happy to tailor it to the look and feel you love most.
My aim is simple... to blend seamlessly into your day, make your guests smile, and create meaningful keepsakes you'll treasure for years to come.

Unique prints of our weddings photos
Claire was prompt with her response and very friendly. I wanted some additions to family photos which Claire was able to do. The prints are unique and quirky with lots of detail. They are another momentum of our wedding which we will treasure. I also requested prints for some of our guests who I know will love them as much as I do.

Hi, I’m Claire, the artist behind WTF Cards & Illustrations.
I’m a watercolour illustrator with a background in design and a love of creating relaxed, joyful artwork for weddings. When I’m not painting, I’m usually fuelled by black coffee, listening to music, and working with far too many glittery paints.
I love the sea, sunshine, family time, and my dog — and I’m not a fan of milk (in anything), winter, or taking things too seriously. On a wedding day, you’ll find me calmly painting, chatting with guests, and soaking up the atmosphere while creating meaningful, hand-painted keepsakes.
Hi, I'm Perry.
I can usually be found causing mayhem. When I'm into things I shouldn't be, mostly food! You will find me snuggled up on mums lap overseeing her painting....
Don't worry she never brings me to any events - apparently I can't be trusted!
