Cliffs voice was incredible, his energy infectious and everyone was up dancing, clapping, cheering and singing. People are still talking about it now. My only regret is we didn't hire Surprise Shows for the evening reception. We would recommend you to anyone without hesitation. Don't hesitate to book them for your wedding, you really wont be disappointed, they were superb.

We honestly cannot recommend Surprise Performers Chris and Russ enough! They were absolutely fantastic and made our wedding at the Village Hotel even more special.

From the moment they started performing, they created such an incredible atmosphere. They worked the room brilliantly, got everyone involved and had the whole wedding party up on their chairs dancing — even my 93-year-old Nan! 🥰❤️

They had everyone laughing, singing and joining in, and they really knew how to read the room and get the party going. Chris and Russ were such a huge part of the atmosphere on the day and created a moment that everyone is still talking about.

Cliff and Stephen performed at our wedding and I cannot explain how amazing they were. Every single gust got on their feet to join in and it really kicked the party off with a bang.

From start to finish with the whole booking and show was amazing! Darren and Maurice have gone the extra mile to make sure the show would go smoothly and include any personal touches. The singing waiters Cliff & Chris were absolutely brilliant and really got the evening going!! Would definitely recommend, We originally keen on the idea of singing waiters for our wedding as they usually fall over and make a big scene and it’s just not our vibe! But these do something that people don’t expect and really throw guests off the scent!

A fantastic addition to our wedding day! They were brilliant and friendly. Very well organised and communicated easily throughout. They kept the mood going after food ready for the party to start after the speeches. I great suprise and one I would highly recommend!

We had Cliff and Russ as our ‘waiters’ for our wedding. Our guests were gobsmacked and talked about it all night…..they were so much fun and had everyone up dancing and singing. They really added something special to our day. We would highly recommend them!

We hired surprise shows for our wedding on 22 May 2026. The booking process was easy, communication was efficient, and the show was great. We were assigned Cliff, who totally blended in to the waiting stuff so well that even we forgot he was our singing waiter. He put on a great show and got the whole crowd involved. After a very successful event in 2025 we decided to use Surprise Shows again for our 2026 event!! So glad we did... from booking it was nice and easy, and had so many ideas. Cliff and Russ were brilliant - they had everyone fooled - they even had so many requests during dinner service our passengers genuinely thought they were hotel staff, they got everyone up waving their napkins, singing along and the amount of feedback we have had has been brilliant!!

We had a great time and all our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve been to.
If we were to do something again then the only thing I’d change is have these guys longer as it didn’t seem we had long enough.

Its very difficult to put into words how good Surprise shows were. As soon as we put our knifes and forks down they got the party started. Our first dance was brought forward by the room erupting into song - The greatest showman had arrived at our wedding. with over 50% of the room stood up and the other 50% stood on the chairs these guys certainly took our wedding to the next level. They came out as waiters without anyone know to figure out the crazy tables and the ones they could have as part of their act. This was a suprise from my mother-in-Law and I don't think there is a better choice available. Defiantly recommend for any occasion. Cheers guys, Great job
