Nelson was absolutely amazing in getting the party started at our wedding at the Weald of Kent on 25th June 2026. This was a surprise for my husband and guests with only 4 people knowing Nelson was attending. The concern from everyone when he fell over, it even took me by surprise and I booked him lol! I took a moment to take it all in and watch everyone as they rushed to help Nelson, especially with the heat guests were concerned he had fainted… until he got up and started singing his heart out. It truly was one of the best parts of the day. Without a doubt worth every penny and I would recommend him for anyone’s wedding! Thank you so much Nelson ❤️ -

WHERE DO WE BEGIN!!?!
Nelson was amazing from start to finish. You can hire a group of singing waiters but you don't need to, all you need is Nelson! He gets there early and puts a proper shift in all day - slots in perfectly and it's hilarious seeing him working away sneakily all day, waiting for his moment lol. He is the perfect upper for once everyone has eaten and drunk wine, to get everyone up and lively for the dance floor. Gets everyone up on their feet singing, doing the conga, waving those napkins - just amazing and money WELL SPENT! Have 0 negatives to say about Nelson - he was made to do it. Would like to get married again to have him there!! -

We hired Nelson for a surprise for our guests! And wow thank god we did as he really set the bar and started the party! We had such fun! The choices of music was phenomenal.
Nelson goes above and beyond to even stay and announce the first dance which makes it that bit personal. Very friendly, chatty great guy. Perfect for if you want a fun wedding! Thank you Nelson! -

So Nelson & Dave surprised our guests with an incredible performance of singing and sax playing after our wedding breakfast meal. They got everyone standing and singing, even doing a conga around the whole venue! I cannot recommend them enough, they definitely got the party started even including the evening guests that were arriving! It was just unbelievable and it’s an experience I will never ever forget. LOVE YOU GUYS XXXXXX -

Nelson got the party started!
We booked VIP Waiters for our wedding as a complete surprise for our guests, and it was one of the best decisions of the day!
From the very start, communication with Nelson was excellent — clear, friendly, and reliable from first contact all the way to the big day. On the day, he blended seamlessly with the venue staff, serving canapés and drinks without anyone suspecting a thing.
Then came the surprise… Everyone was completely fooled at first, even rushing to help when he “fell,” and when the music kicked in, guests absolutely loved it. Nelson’s incredible dancing, energy, and engagement got the party started early, and so many people told us how much fun it was.
It quickly became a highlight of our wedding, with guests talking about it all night and the next morning.
We highly recommend Nelson to anyone looking to add a fun, surprising, and unforgettable moment to their celebration! -

No Words!!!!!!!!!
What can we say..... there are not enough words to describe how amazing Nelson was on our big day! He blended in like a chameleon as the ceremony and wedding breakfast took place and then BAM! He entered the room with a crash, bang, wallop and got THE ParTy started! From the first song to the last he had the whole room on their feet, singing away! The conga went around the room, napkins were flown and the groom crowd surfed! What more could you want to get the evening going? -

We had Nelson from VIP Waiters at our wedding, and he was honestly one of the biggest highlights of the whole day! I booked him as a surprise for My Husband, and it could not have been more perfect. Nelson blended in flawlessly with the rest of the waiting staff — no one had the slightest idea — and when it was finally his moment to shine, he absolutely stole the show.
He had every guest up dancing, singing, clapping, and loving every second. The energy in the room was unbelievable. So many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and even over a month later, people are still talking about how incredible Nelson was!
If you’re thinking of booking a singing waiter, do it — and book Nelson. He made our day unforgettable, and we’re so grateful for the amazing performance and atmosphere he created. Truly exceptional from start to finish!
