From the beginning Chan was so friendly, kind and passionate about her work and how it would fit in our day. Communication was always easy and responses were fast, we always felt we could ask any questions and we'd be taken care of.
On the big day Chan and her sister were such an incredible duo. One of the first things out of any guests was about how incredible they are. How unique and fun the whole thing was, and then once they recieved their illustration they were so excited to have them forever. Then we recieved our own portrait and it was gorgeous! So many have been framed and put up on the walls already, and we are sure it was one of the best things we booked. Thank you so much for your hard work girls, you are brilliant! xx -

The best live illustrations!
I honestly can’t recommend Illustration by Chan enough! Having Chan at our wedding doing live illustrations was one of the best decisions we made, it added such a unique and personal touch to the day. I’ve always wanted our wedding favours to be something meaningful and memorable, something our guests would actually want to keep, and that’s exactly what Chan delivered. Our guests received their own beautiful hand-drawn portrait, created right there on the day, and it was such a joy to watch everyone’s reactions as they saw themselves brought to life on paper.
Our framed illustration looks so lovely in our house, it’s such a special reminder of the day. Several of our friends and family have also sent us photos of their illustrations proudly displayed in their homes, which just shows how much they loved them too!
Beyond being incredibly talented, the whole Illustration by Chan team were an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Communication was great - super responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the planning process. On the wedding day itself, they were so warm and engaging with all of our guests, creating such a fun and relaxed atmosphere around their setup. Everyone was so impressed by both the artistry and the experience.
If you’re looking for a wedding favour or entertainment idea that’s personal, creative, and genuinely memorable, I couldn’t recommend Illustration by Chan more highly. They truly went above and beyond, and we’ll cherish our illustration forever! -

An absolute must for your wedding!
We are so so glad we chose Illustration by Chan for our wedding. Chantel and Alana were super friendly on our wedding day! They got on so well with all of our guests and were so much fun to have there.
The illustrations were insane!! You could tell exactly who the guests were on every illustration - they were all so alike, what a talent. We gave our guests their illustrations as a gift favour and loads of our guests commented on how lovely a favour it was. It was a great talking point with our guests on the day too.
Communication before and after the wedding was speedy, and Chantel even drew us an unexpected illustration of our dog Luna who was there on the day. Such a lovely surprise, we'll treasure our illustrations forever. Thank you Chantel and Alana x

Wow! We were truly blown away by Chan and her sister at our wedding in October 2025! Both Chan and her sister were delightful and such a joy to have at our wedding and the guests LOVED their drawings! We will cherish our framed portrait for years to come! This was one of the most talked about parts of our wedding day. Communication was great and it was such an easy process. On the day Chan and her sister worked so well with the rest of the wedding team. There were last minute changes due to rain but they went with it and the change was seamless. We had a large number of guests but picked a package that meant they were all finished off after the wedding day meaning no one got left out. So grateful and so happy to reccommend such a great business. -

Chantel was without a doubt the highlight of the wedding! Right from booking her, Chantel was kind and impressively organised. The whole process was faultless and walking in to our wedding and seeing her already hard at work and the AMAZING illustrations was magical. Our guests were in awe of her and her skills but she is also the most lovely and beautiful person you’ll meet! Without a doubt, book Chantel for your wedding. Wow, I cannot express how incredible Illustration by Chan (Chan and Alana) were. They travelled a long way to be a part of our special day and we are so grateful that they did. Even when I arrived at the venue, they were cheering me on before I was walked down the aisle 🥹 every single person I spoke to who got their illustrations done are framing them and putting them up at home, and everyone LOVED them, them being the illustrations and Chan and Alana, who are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Communication before, during and after has been second to none. If you’re debating having them at your wedding then just do it is all I can say!! We will treasure our illustration always. -

The best addition to any wedding
Obsessed! Just absolutely love you girls, and everyone did at our wedding at Old Gore Barn. We loved being able to offer our guests a wedding favour that they’re actually buzzing to take home and frame on their walls! Seamless communication from start to finish and a real asset to the day!
