My name is Molly Walker, and I'm a Poet-for-Hire.

I create bespoke poetry on the spot for private events, parties, and corporate events across the UK, Europe and internationally. Each one-to-one interaction is completely unique, offering a personalised hand-written poem for Wedding guests to take home as a favour.

Written on watercolour card, the handwritten poems are as personal as you can get. These poems are a particularly popular choice for roaming poetry.

How it works

Similar to a magician, I work the room. Each interaction starts with me getting to know the guest, taking a couple of notes, writing up their poem or typing it out on my typewriter, then delivering it to them to take home as a keepsake. If you want it to be immersive, in keeping with a theme (e.g. New Year's resolutions or Love poems), or you'd like a specific 'look' for the event, I cater to that too.
