Services Offered

Katy Wedding Illustrator aims to capture the precious moments of your wedding, one drawing at a time. This artist will arrive at an agreed-upon time and set up a creative space to bring your celebration to life. They will start their work by taking quick reference photos of guests who would like a personalised illustration. Then, they will create vibrant and detailed drawings on their iPad in about 10 to 15 minutes. After adding the final touches, they will print out the artwork for your loved ones to have as a souvenir.

What is included in the wedding package?

💒 Wedding illustrator North West: All Packages include pre-event consult, live digital sketches, printed display, guest email copies, custom printed templates, plus a special bride & groom portrait

How far in advance should I contact you?

Booking 6–9 months ahead is ideal to secure your date, as I allow 4–6 weeks prep time — but I’m open to last-minute weddings too, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!

What other services to you provide?

Other (Optional wedding illustration extras can be added on such as, a custom illustration of your wedding venue, additional couples portraits, extra printed portrait copies, illustrated thank you cards)

Are you able to travel?

Yes, based in Lancashire, North West Uk but can travel anywhere in the UK or even abroad!

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, travel is free within 25 miles of Ormskirk, Lancashire - For anything outside of 25 miles calculated at 50p per mile

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, access to electric power socket to charge iPad and plug in printer. A table and chair is always good although I can provide this if needed

How long is the act?

From 4 hours for a half day wedding up to multi-day coverage for destination weddings! Get in touch to find out about our wedding illustration packages

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

Before the day: 4–6 weeks is ideal for smooth prep, time for consultations, planning and custom templates On the day: I’ll usually arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before guests arrive to set up ready

How do you charge extra time?

I offer pre-booked time blocked packages such as half day, full day and multi day coverage. Additional time or illustrations can be discussed

What are the forms of payment?

Bank Transfer (BACS) is preferred. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and cover any pre event planning, with the remaining balance due a week before the event
