Are you able to travel?

Yes, we cover Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Yorkshire and beyond. Travel is included within 30 miles of Darwen; additional mileage charges apply beyond that

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, travel costs depend on distance and event size

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, we need the venue to provide tables, chairs, a place to plug in and cover if setting up outdoors. Beyond that we bring everything; consoles, screens, controllers, cables and all gaming equipment

How long is the act?

Evening packages run for 4 hours, perfect for wedding receptions and after parties. Full-day packages run for up to 8 hours, covering the full wedding day from afternoon through to late evening

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

Around an hour for setup, depending on event size and layout

How do you charge extra time?

Extra hours are charged at our standard hourly rate. Just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. We never just pack up and leave if the party's still going

What are the forms of payment?

We accept bank transfer, card and cash. A deposit is required to secure your date with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. Payment plans available on request for larger bookings
