What is included in the wedding package?

Our standard soft play package comprises of a large 18 piece wedding themed soft play set including white dove rockers, bride and groom peepbo board, sit in carriage and horses & a 3 tier wedding cake

How far in advance should I contact you?

Minimum of 2 weeks prior notice for booking is ideal although we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings subject to availability

What other services to you provide?

Other (Additional hoppers, ball pits, ride on's, play tunnels, dressing up box, baby box - (baby toys, childrens jigsaws and books etc))

Are you able to travel?

Yes, we cover Norfolk and Suffolk but may be able to accommodate other adjoining counties, subject to an additional fee

Is there a charge for travelling?

Yes, delivery fee depends on location and postcode. Delivery charges approx £5 - £25 to Norfolk and Suffolk locations

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?

Yes, soft play for indoor use only

How long is the act?

The soft play can be hired for any period required from a few hours, the day, evening including overnight if required

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

30 minute set up time required

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

Yes

How do you charge extra time?

Bookings beyond 6pm incur an additional fee of £10 per hour into the evening. Alternatively, the equipment can be hired for the whole evening and collected the next morning for an additional £25

What are the forms of payment?

Payment via bank transfer or card payment. £30 refundable damage deposit secures the date. All outstanding fees must be paid 7 days prior to hire date
