Our wedding experience with Thornton Events!
We had the most amazing experience with Thornton Events. We met Lindsey at a Weddign Fayre at our wedding venue Peckforton Castle and we were instantly sold. Throughout the process Lindsey seen our vision and come the day, made it come to life beautifully. Fantastic company and amazing service. Would definitely recommend! -

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding décor. It was absolutely stunning — everything looked gorgeous and exactly how we’d pictured it.
From the very first message, the team were so easy to deal with. We had a video call early on, and they instantly made us feel calm and stress‑free about the whole process.
On the day, they set everything up perfectly. Every detail was spot on, and seeing the room fully styled was such a magical moment.
Thank you for making our wedding look incredible and for being such a joy to work with. -

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Brought my vision to life. Very professional throughout.
What I did think that was really profession Lindsey personally came to introduce herself to me. When I was going to my wedding breakfast. This has really stuck in my mind as I thought it was lovely. Also being a bride. You don’t always get to see your vendors , even though you speak to them numerous times planning.

Thornton Events made our dream come true making the ceremony feel like an enchanted forest. Their customer service knew no bounds they were always available to discuss ideas and talk us through the plans. The day was made stress free. Where to start! Thornton Events and Lindsey in particular were a dream supplier to have when it came to our wedding! Nothing was too much for her and she was amazing helping me create the atmosphere we were trying to achieve!
She made our ceremony room, reception and evening room all look absolutely beautiful using a variety of decorative flowers and candles! The candelabras were absolutely breathtaking and everyone had a ball with the selfie mirror and prop box provided!
From the email until even after the wedding she was super helpful providing me with all the information I asked for, was quick at responding and great at communicating with us the whole time! She even pointed me in the direction of other great suppliers when I had mentioned that I still had certain things to book and told me of the offers they had going on during the run up to Christmas!
We first looked at Thornton events due to the awards they have won (North West Venue Stylist of the Year two years running and Hitched Venue Stylist of the Year for two years running too!) and they did not disappoint! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding!

Thornton Events was the perfect choice for our wedding and we are so happy we booked them. From meeting them initially, through the booking process to the day itself, they were everything we wanted and more. Their decor fit the look we were going for perfectly and they were happy to make small changes, or suggest some themselves, to make it more personalised to us. They have an excellent selection of decor, meaning that you can have just the look you are going for, without it looking generic or too similar to someone elses. The set up on the day was so smooth and I felt confident knowing that we had left our decor in more than capable hands. Communication at all times was easy and efficient and any questions or last minute changes I enquired about were handled confidently. I would 100% recommend. -

Lindsey, Jay and the Thornton events team were amazing! They styled our October 2025 wedding and it was so beautiful! Lindsey was such a supportive supplier from when we booked right up to the big day. She was happy to give recommendations, many of them I ended up booking. They were happy to talk through ideas and were so patient with my decision making. I felt so confident and comfortable knowing they were looking after the dressing on the day. Plus, it was stunning!! Best decision booking with Thornton Events, dream come true stylists! Thanks so much. -
