Hello! We’re Sophie & Dave from Love Stories Events, a husband-and-wife wedding styling duo and recent Best Stylist Awards finalists. We specialise in romantic, editorial wedding styling, creating beautifully curated spaces that feel personal, timeless and full of atmosphere.

What Areas Do We Cover?
We are based in Yorkshire and style weddings across North, South, East and West Yorkshire, as well as nationwide upon request. Please email us if you are outside of these areas to see how we can accomodate your special day or event.
When Should We Book Our Wedding Stylist?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates. However, we are always happy to check availability for shorter notice weddings.
Do We Offer Bespoke or Custom Styling?
Yes — while we offer curated styling collections, we also love creating bespoke designs tailored to your venue, colour palette, and overall vision.
Do We Include Set-up and Pack-Down?
Absolutely. All of our packages include delivery, professional set-up, styling, and collection after your wedding, so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Can We Make Changes After Booking?
Of course. We understand that ideas evolve during the planning process and are happy to make adjustments where possible to ensure your styling feels perfect.
Do We Offer Consultations?
Yes — we offer complimentary 30 minute consultations to discuss your ideas, explore options, and ensure Love Stories Events is the right fit for your wedding.
What Style of Weddings Do You Specialise In?
We specialise in romantic, elegant, and editorial-style weddings, with a focus on timeless design, thoughtful details, and beautifully styled spaces.
What Is Our Starting Price For Wedding Décor?
Our wedding styling and décor services begin from £395, with most of our couples investing between £1,295 – £2,995 for full ceremony and reception styling.
Each celebration is individually styled and priced based on your venue, guest numbers, chosen styling elements, and overall vision. We offer curated collections as well as bespoke options to ensure your day feels considered, cohesive, and entirely personal.
All pricing includes professional delivery, on-the-day styling and set-up, and collection after your wedding — allowing you to enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every couple receives the time, creativity, and attention to detail they deserve.

INCREDIBLE - Best wedding stylist (hire immediately!!)
Sophie, Dave - where do I begin? You were outstanding. Your hardwork and effort was so clear and the room look utterly beautiful. Everything came together seamlessly and I can’t thank you both enough.
I chose the Bridgerton collection and it was stunning. Despite them being faux flowers literally every guest I spoke to asked if they were real. The flowers are such high quality you can barely tell they are fake. The way Sophie styled them in the room was just perfect.
From our first interaction online I knew I was in safe hands. Sophie made the whole thing feel effortless. She was so patient with my requests and certain changes. She was also very quick to reply which filled me again with lots of confidence. She is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what would/wouldn’t work and her advice was invaluable.
The cost of the service was so reasonable and really affordable compared to other vendors with in my opinion not as nice or quality flowers.
Sophie and Dave went the extra mile for us and the whole room was just so beautiful it helped to make our day extra special and I honestly can’t thank you enough.
You helped to make our dream wedding come true and for that I am truly grateful.

Absolutely outstanding decor and service
The decorations themselves were stunning. So many of our guests went out of their way to compliment the room and the decor truly set the tone for the whole wedding.
What really set them apart, though, was how far above and beyond they went to make our day a success. They were on hand the night before to help move tables around when the venue was being difficult about placement. Even though moving tables wasn’t technically their job, they carried and moved heavy tables themselves without hesitation, just to make sure the room was set up beautifully for us. That level of care is rare!!
There was one small hiccup where the venue gave them the wrong finish time, so they began clearing down slightly early. The moment they realised the event was still in full swing, they immediately paused and apologised profusely. They are genuinely lovely, conscientious people who clearly cared about getting it right for us.
Great communication, incredible decor, and a couple who clearly pour their hearts into their work. We’re so grateful to them for helping make our day so special!!!
