At Love Stories Events, we bring those details together through romantic wedding styling that reflects your personalities and the celebration you want to share. From an intimate ceremony to a room filled with flowers and candlelight, we create settings that feel beautiful to step into and special to remember.

Hello, we’re Sophie and Dave, the husband-and-wife team behind Love Stories Events.
Based in Leeds, we specialise in luxury wedding styling and decorative hire across Yorkshire, creating romantic, editorial-inspired celebrations with a warm, personal approach. With over seven years of experience and recognition as Best Stylist Awards finalists, we bring care, creativity and a thoughtful eye to every wedding we style.
We love getting to know what you’re drawn to: the colours you keep returning to, the flowers you imagine around you, and how you want the day to feel. Sometimes it begins with a clear vision. Sometimes it’s a handful of photographs and a feeling you can’t quite put into words. We’ll help you bring it together.
From the first vows to the last candlelit conversation
Your ceremony and reception are chapters of the same day, and we design them to feel connected.
Statement floral arches create a beautiful setting for your vows. Soft chair draping brings colour and movement to the aisle. At your reception, floral centrepieces, layered place settings and candlelight invite guests to settle in, raise a glass and stay a little longer.
Our wedding décor collections give you a thoughtfully coordinated starting point, with room to choose the details that feel right for you. Whether you love soft romantic florals, understated elegance or a more dramatic tablescape, we’ll consider how each element works within your venue.
Welcome signs, seating plans and table numbers can also be arranged to carry your chosen style through the day.
Wedding styling collections, with room to make them yours
Our Signature Collection starts from £1,495, offering beautifully coordinated ceremony and reception styling.
For couples who would love a fuller setting with additional decorative details, our Ultimate Collection starts from £2,295.
We also offer bespoke wedding styling for celebrations that call for a different approach. Perhaps you’re planning an intimate gathering, have an unusual venue layout or want us to develop a design around a particular idea. We’ll create a personalised proposal around your plans.
Selected statement pieces, including arches and decorative trees, are also available for individual hire.
Your proposal will clearly set out your chosen styling and the total investment. Delivery, professional set-up, styling, pack-down and collection are calculated according to your venue and requirements and included in the proposal total.
A little reassurance, from the beginning
Planning your wedding should leave space for excitement. Our complimentary 30-minute consultation gives us time to hear your ideas, talk through the possibilities and help you picture how everything could look.
As your plans develop, we’re happy to discuss changes to your styling, subject to availability and what is possible within your booking.
When the day arrives, we take care of the set-up and finishing touches, then return for pack-down and collection at the agreed time. You can be present for the moments you’ve been looking forward to.
Styling weddings across Yorkshire & beyond
From country houses and historic estates to contemporary venues and intimate spaces, we style weddings throughout West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and East Yorkshire.
Celebrating further afield? Weddings elsewhere in the UK are welcome by arrangement. Share your venue and plans with us, and we’ll explore what’s possible.
We recommend enquiring 12–18 months before your wedding, particularly for popular summer dates, although we’re always happy to check availability for celebrations happening sooner.

INCREDIBLE - Best wedding stylist (hire immediately!!)
Sophie, Dave - where do I begin? You were outstanding. Your hardwork and effort was so clear and the room look utterly beautiful. Everything came together seamlessly and I can’t thank you both enough.
I chose the Bridgerton collection and it was stunning. Despite them being faux flowers literally every guest I spoke to asked if they were real. The flowers are such high quality you can barely tell they are fake. The way Sophie styled them in the room was just perfect.
From our first interaction online I knew I was in safe hands. Sophie made the whole thing feel effortless. She was so patient with my requests and certain changes. She was also very quick to reply which filled me again with lots of confidence. She is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what would/wouldn’t work and her advice was invaluable.
The cost of the service was so reasonable and really affordable compared to other vendors with in my opinion not as nice or quality flowers.
Sophie and Dave went the extra mile for us and the whole room was just so beautiful it helped to make our day extra special and I honestly can’t thank you enough.
You helped to make our dream wedding come true and for that I am truly grateful.

Absolutely outstanding decor and service
The decorations themselves were stunning. So many of our guests went out of their way to compliment the room and the decor truly set the tone for the whole wedding.
What really set them apart, though, was how far above and beyond they went to make our day a success. They were on hand the night before to help move tables around when the venue was being difficult about placement. Even though moving tables wasn’t technically their job, they carried and moved heavy tables themselves without hesitation, just to make sure the room was set up beautifully for us. That level of care is rare!!
There was one small hiccup where the venue gave them the wrong finish time, so they began clearing down slightly early. The moment they realised the event was still in full swing, they immediately paused and apologised profusely. They are genuinely lovely, conscientious people who clearly cared about getting it right for us.
Great communication, incredible decor, and a couple who clearly pour their hearts into their work. We’re so grateful to them for helping make our day so special!!!
