Do I have to pay a deposit when booking my wedding decor?
Yes, we usually ask that a minimum of £5 deposit is paid at the time of booking.
What is the condition of the items being rented?
Items are all either new or in as-new condition, any used items considered not to be will be replaced with new ones or returned to as-new condition.
When is the full payment amount due?
We ask that all payment in full should be with us no less than 1 week prior to the delivery date.
What happens on the day our hire items are delivered?
We will deliver your items at the agreed date and time to your wedding venue, (unless otherwise stated). If you are not available to sign for the items you should arrange for someone age 18 or over to be available. They will be responsible to check the items are as ordered, then read and sign the documentation.
When will the items be picked up?
Items will be collected 3 days after the drop of date, unless otherwise agreed.On the day of collection, preferably in the morning, all items must be made ready for collection and left at the venues main reception.
