We have large flexibility, whether it be 2-3 weeks away or 2-3 month or 2-3 years! We are happy to see you whenever your wedding is!

How do you work?

We work with you, your venue and maybe your wedding planner! We are a 3 female led business with us both being past brides we can help you create your dream

Operating hours:

We have a showroom that is booked on a 1-2-1 basis. We offer open days, open mornings and open evenings. Keep an eye on our social media!

What are the forms of payment?

We ask for a small deposit to secure your date, then no payment is due until 2 weeks before your wedding date. Whether you want to pay £50 a month, £100 a month or wait until 2 weeks before!

Amazing!!!!!!!

Gray event hire came to my rescue when I was done over by a couple of wedding suppliers.....
Being 7 months pregnant at the time I was stressing so much but these guys put me at ease. Supplying all our chair covers and sashes to exactly what we needed. As well as making it less stressful for us. Being that we had to already postpone from 2020.... They made our venue look amazing with what they did.


They are your fairy godmothers who do an amazing job!!!!!

From start to finish the team at gray events have been nothing short of amazing.
Always on hand anytime of day for questions, did everything they said they would and more.
Highly recommend for any event you have but especially you’re wedding day. They smashed it out of the park.
