We hired the blue floral arch, aisle arrangements, 2 bridal bouquets and 2 bridesmaids bouquets.
The floral arch was beautiful, we had it at the end of our aisle to get married in front of and we were super chuft with it.. only thing was we were told by the venue they were the ones who pinned it into the ground as it kept falling over ?

We were a little disappointed that communication wasn’t the best. We were told an hour after they should’ve arrived to set up that they were having van issue and so would be late - no real problem as we don’t need to be there but a little disappointed we had to chase where they were to find that out.
We agreed to have the bouquets to be delivered to our hotel because of this as we didn’t want to wait around - again not a problem as these things happen and as long as we had them before the day it’s not a worry.

We got the bouquets around 9pm the night before and these were delivered to hotel reception and left with the night manager. We didn’t know they had been delivered until after she had left.
We were not happy with the bouquets as they didnt look great - mis match ribbons falling apart and half broken flowers, more foliage than actual flowers they just didn’t look good.
I phoned and just said they weren’t really what we were after and we were disappointed with them. Maisie was very defensive and rude to me on the phone, very abrupt and not very understanding and told me how she had hired these out before and it hadn’t been an issue - while I get that, we were not happy and again disappointed how you responded. I was not rude or angry or anything like that and as I explained on the phone we’re not ones to complain but we were disappointed and would like it sorted out please. She eventually offered to pick them up in the morning and remake them. I met her with the bouquets in the morning and explained what we didn’t like - we asked for a refund on the bouquets as we luckily had a friend who went and made us some bouquets.
I went to the venue early and made sure the floral arch and aisle flowers looked okay as I was worried after the bouquets.
The arch looked fantastic and just how we were expecting - the aisle flowers were not the ones we thought we had ordered but they still looked okay.

Overall -
Floral arch - super chuft - looked great !!
Aisle arrangements - not the ones we’d wanted but still looked good
Bouquets - not good but would’ve been okay if she’d have been a bit nicer to us on the phone about them - how she reacted was rude a little uncalled for and I had lost faith in her to rectify the issues and so we sorted them ourselves especially given we got them at 9pm the night before with our ceremony at midday the following day.

Bouquets not so much.

We couldn't have been happier with our flowers for the wedding! They looked so realistic that not a single guest noticed the difference, the quality was that good. The responsiveness of this company was second to none from start to finish, and they even travelled all the way to Somerset to dress the wedding, arriving exactly on time and setting everything up from scratch. They were so accommodating too, letting me change my colour scheme multiple times, and they made my bouquet based on images I'd sent them earlier in the year, which came out beautifully. On top of all that, they were such good value for money, especially if you're working to a budget for your wedding. 10/10 would use again and again!

We hired a Sunflower bloom pillars from Floral Bloom Event Hire for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our ceremony took place outdoors in the beautiful grounds of a countryside pub, surrounded by lush greenery, overlooking a pond, with an elegant marquee nearby.
