Outstanding - We genuinely couldn't have done it without Jan!
The day before our wedding we were hit with the news of Storm Amy, which completely threw our plans into the air and understandably left us feeling anxious. From that moment on, Jan’s knowledge, calming influence and reassurance completely settled us. She took everything in her stride and gave us total confidence that everything would be okay.
We had met with Jan prior to the wedding and immediately clicked, she is one of the most genuine, kind and reassuring people you could ever hope to have by your side on such an important day. That feeling only grew stronger on the wedding morning. Every time we asked if something had been done, the response was always “done it already” and we knew without question that she had absolutely everything under control.
Jan went above and beyond all day. She made sure we were fed and had drinks, discreetly cleared up without anyone even noticing, and seamlessly managed the flipping of rooms from ceremony, to wedding breakfast, to evening reception. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything was handled with calm professionalism and a smile.
We also hired several fantastic items from Jan, including décor pieces, the audio guestbook and the absolutely fabulous venue lighting, all of which helped bring the whole day together perfectly.
Jan, you were an absolute joy to be around and we honestly don’t know what we would have done without you. Thank you for dealing with our flapping in those slightly stressful moments and for making our day run so smoothly. We cannot thank you enough.
