My background is in the wedding industry: I co-founded Criluflower, a now well-established and successful company specializing in floral design for events. With Alba, we bring innovation and an entrepreneurial vision to wedding lighting, aiming to become a leading reference in the destination wedding scene in Tuscany.

I'm Marco Sallese, a photographer and videomaker with years of experience in producing content for brands, weddings, and events.
I tell authentic stories through images and video, paying close attention to every detail with passion.
I also handle event planning and management, which I love organizing with innovative ideas and a personal touch.
I've lived in Spain, I speak fluent Spanish and English, and I believe communication is the key to every successful project.

I'm Alfredo, managing partner at Alba Wedding Lighting.
As head of logistics, I bring with me a background in healthcare and solid experience working with high-end companies in the flower design industry.
I've always been fascinated by the world of light design, and I make sure that every project and every client's wish is brought to life, delivering results that exceed expectations and adding that magical touch to create an unforgettable day.

Antonio Marseglia

Event Coordinator

I'm Antonio, and at Alba Wedding Lighting I turn ideas into light: I listen to couples and wedding planners, design tailor-made solutions, and coordinate every phase of the event—from the first quote to the last cable rolled up.
With a background in Digital Humanities and years of experience as a sales manager in eCommerce, I blend creative vision with a technical mindset. Problem-solving doesn’t scare me—in fact, that’s where I thrive.
Before Alba, I worked with a high-end wedding flower design company, where I learned the importance of balancing aesthetics, efficiency, and the wow effect.
Today, my goal is simple: to create atmospheres that leave a lasting impression and to enhance, through light, the timeless beauty of weddings in Tuscany.

I'm Delia, a Social Media Manager with a strong passion for content creation.
With a degree in Digital Marketing and solid experience producing content for companies across different industries, I turn ideas into strategies that engage, inspire, and convert.
