Connie was an iconic part of our wedding day. She fully lived up to her billing, writing witty and wonderful words to provide a beautiful look back through our lives together. All our guests loved her ceremony, which set up the fun and happiness for the rest of our day perfectly.

In the months beforehand, we had trips to the pub, alongside Zoom calls and WhatsApp messages, where Connie gave us so many great ideas about what our ceremony could be like. She added added a huge amount of fun and magic to the build up and planning stages, to make us forget about other elements that were becoming stressful. She even joined us for an evening of Disco Bingo at our chosen venue, to help get an idea of who we were as a couple and what the feel of the big day should be.

We honestly cannot recommend Connie enough to other couples. She is immensely thoughtful, a very talented writer and an extremely confident and assured presence, who will immediately put you at ease when you stand up in front of your guests. On top of everything else she was a great friend throughout, and booking her was easily one of the best decisions we made. 10/10!

I wish we had more space to say how much we enjoyed working with Connie! From start to finish, she made the whole process easy and was such a great support when we had a few (outsider) hiccups along the way. From reassurance on WhatsApp to video calls that made us remember why we were getting married in the first place - she was a dream!

WOW! What can we say! Connie was just PERFECT for our wedding ceremony - she had exactly the vibe we were looking for - someone a little bit unique, open, funny and a master with words to complement our own unique ways and pull off the ceremony we wanted with wit and wonder! All of our guests have said how brilliant the ceremony was and completely different to anything they’d seen before. So HUGE thanks to Connie for suggesting we write our own vows and for embracing our 32 ribbon handfasting and our jump the broom finale! Booking Connie for our wedding was the best thing we did. From meeting her for the first time to having a dance with her in the evening, we felt so at ease with her. The effort she goes to of getting to know couples really shows in her writing. We loved sharing our story with her. She managed to capture our relationship perfectly. You need to have Connie do your ceremony! Connie did mine and my partner's wedding and it was beyond perfect! I was the one wanting to be legally married on the same day as our wedding but after learning that you couldn't meet or choose who your registrar would be, I was a bit uncomfortable with this and so we met with Connie. She is just the kindest, bubbliest person who genuinely loves what she does and made me and my partner feel like we'd known her for years after meeting her for an hour. We knew after meeting her that we wanted her to do our ceremony. We decided to get legally married the day before our wedding to make a long weekend out of it, and while our registrars were absolutely lovely, they would not have been able to come close to doing the ceremony that Connie did. We knew that the ceremony would be personal to us through the questionnaires that we'd filled out for Connie (very easy and fun to do!), but it did not prepare us for how perfect it would be. There was so much laughter and love wrapped up in to one perfect package. Every single guest told us how amazing our ceremony and Connie was. It was our favourite part of the day by far and we can't wait to get our wedding video back so that we can relive it again and again! We have made a life long friend in Connie. She will not just be your celebrant, but will help you with vows, give recommendations, be someone you can vent family drama to and so much more! We can't recommend her enough and words cannot do her justice for what an amazing person and celebrant she is. So choose Connie!

The short review: Connie made our wedding ceremony. She was fun, enthusiastic, moving, funny, she’s your biggest cheerleader and you’ll feel like you’ve known her for years after being in her presence for around 60 seconds. Words cannot possible describe how highly recommended Connie is.

We decided to have a celebrant about a year before we were due to get married after watching many many (lovely but) very boring registrars at our nearest and dearests ceremony’s. We knew there had to be a better way. And there was CONNIE, Connie is the better way, the best way, nay the only way.

My partner (the main wedding coordinator) asked me to look at celebrants about 6 months into our wedding planning, we looked at websites and reviews and it was Connie we decided to meet one fateful day in Wilmslow in a coffee shop.

We met, started chatting and around 5 minutes into the conversation my partner and I exchanged a this is the one look.

Connie asked us about our lives, together, separately. We met up multiple times so Connie could build us a bespoke wedding ceremony. In the build up Connie helped us make decisions we didn’t even know we would have to think about making. Her job isn’t a back up wedding planner but she moulds herself to whatever you need. Last minute family drama, she’s there, she’s got you. You need inspiration for a wedding idea - she’s here, she’s got 3.

Our ceremony itself was perfect, we laughed, we cried. And our guests didn’t stop GUSHING about Connie, and we had so many people tell us it’s the best wedding ceremony they’ve ever been to.

Connie was our celebrant for our wedding in August, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! From the initial intro meeting, we knew we had to have her. Warm, bubbly and personable - she kept in touch frequently in the lead up to our wedding, helped with vow ideas, and kept us up to date with how the writing of our personal ceremony was developing.

On the day, Connie went above and beyond - welcoming guests, even fixing the men's buttonholes, taking photos/videos, checking on the bridal party - and of course delivering an amazing ceremony. She spoke so well and captured the whole room. There were laughs, tears; everyone has said how fab she was. Would recommend Connie to anyone wishing for a more personal, laid back, fun ceremony that people will remember!

We didn’t even realise a celebrant led service was an option, until we were introduced to Connie through our ceremony venue, and we are so glad we were!
