Honestly, I don't even know where to begin with how fantastic Susan was. From the moment we first met her right through to our wedding ceremony, she was absolutely incredible. I know I'm probably biased, but I genuinely think she's the best celebrant I've ever seen at a wedding!
We wanted a ceremony that felt like us: fun, full of energy and personality, but still with those really special, emotional moments and Susan absolutely nailed it. The ceremony was a complete whirlwind in the best possible way, from the cheering and whooping to the laughter, to those touching moments that had everyone feeling emotional. Even something as simple as counting us down while we signed the register became a fun, memorable part of the day. She has such a natural ability to bring a room to life without ever losing the meaning and emotion behind the occasion.
Susan was also brilliant throughout the planning process. She kept us organised with reminders of what needed to be done, made sure we stayed on track and came up with so many lovely ideas to make the ceremony feel personal and unique to us. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple, which made everything feel so genuine. In fact, she got to know us so well that she managed to steal half the material for everyone's speeches later in the day, which gave us all another good laugh!
She also captured some absolutely lovely little videos and photos for us throughout the day, including moments that we're not sure our photographer or videographer even managed to catch. Those extra memories mean so much to us.
If we could do it all over again, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to choose Susan. She brought so much energy, warmth, personality and heart to our wedding, and we honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better. If you're looking for a celebrant who will make your ceremony genuinely memorable, completely personal and an absolute joy from start to finish, Susan is your person. We cannot recommend her highly enough! ❤️ -

Susan is an outstanding celebrant (and quite extraordinary person) who goes above and beyond. She made our ceremony so beautiful and personal, and created an atmosphere that truly represented us as a couple.
A few months before the wedding, she spent time with us to capture our story. She's extremely diligent and professional, and she guided us through things to prepare that we'd never have thought of on our own.
On the day, she was calm and collected, running through everything beforehand so everyone knew exactly what they were doing. She got all our guests excited for the ceremony and absolutely smashed it out of the park. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Susan marrying us.
All our guests loved her, so much so that some couples getting married next year have already booked her!
We couldn't recommend Susan highly enough.

Where do we even begin with Susan?! ❤️
From the very beginning, Susan was just wonderful. She's so warm, funny and genuinely lovely to be around, and we knew straight away that we'd made the right choice. She made the whole process feel so easy and enjoyable, and we always came away from our conversations with her smiling!
What we loved most was how much effort she put into really getting to know us. She listened to all our stories, picked up on our personalities and completely understood the kind of ceremony we wanted. When it came to the day itself, she absolutely nailed it! The ceremony felt so personal to us, with the perfect mix of heartfelt moments and laughter. It was everything we'd hoped for and more.
Susan also has such a brilliant way with people. She had our guests laughing, smiling and completely engaged before the ceremony had even properly begun! She brought such a lovely energy to the room and made everyone feel part of the occasion.
One thing that really meant a lot to us was that she popped in to see us on the morning of the wedding. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture, and it really showed how much she cares about the couples she works with.
Susan was honestly just a joy to have around. By the time our wedding came, she felt more like a friend than our celebrant, and we're so glad she was the person who got to tell our story.
We had so many lovely comments from our guests afterwards, and we couldn't agree with them more. Thank you so much, Susan, for making our ceremony so special, so personal and so us. We couldn't have wished for anyone better! ❤️ -

When I first spoke with Susan to see if it was the right fit, I immediately liked her. Her humor was great and so was her personal story as to how and why she became a celebrant. I met up with her one more time with my fiancé (now husband) to see if he felt the same way. He hit it off with her too and we went from there. She was more than patient with us as we had very limited time to plan as we were dealing with a lot of life events at the time, but she was helpful and took it in stride and she met up as many times as we needed through video calls at no extra cost. She also helped us structer our ceremony into something more with her knowledge of Scottish traditions. We met up in person a few days before (we're from the states) and solidified everything. At the end of the day, the ceremony was lovely and fantastic. A time I will never forget. She was worth every penny. Thank you, Susan ❤️ -

We picked Susan at random when looking for someone to conduct our wedding and we are both so thankful that we did.
From the first meeting she put us at ease and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She gave us some great ideas for the ceremony but was also happy to tailor everything to our vibe.
Every single person at the wedding commented on the ceremony and what a fantastic job Susan did. Her words were personal, heartfelt and funny.
We would recommend Susan to everyone and want to thank you again very much!

Wonderful celebrant
Thank you so much to our amazing celebrant susan for making our wedding day so magical! From the moment we met you, we felt completely at ease, as though we’d known you for years. You guided us throughout the wedding planning and brought so much energy, fun and warmth to our ceremony and the whole day.

We came across Susan on Hitched, we read the info she has provided on her page and arranged an initial chat. As soon as we came off the call we both knew we needed Susan to conduct our ceremony, we clicked straight away & she just knew our vibe from the offset. We met up a few times and she was always on the other end of the call if we needed her. Our ceremony was very relaxed, funny and just us and this was all thanks to Susan. She even made my husband say the wrong word to make me laugh & ease my nerves! She is an incredible woman and we highly recommend for couples! -
