I would like to start by saying that before we made our choice we did contact and speak with at least 10 celebrants, but no one was even remotely as great as Paul is. From the first minutes we felt at ease with him - Paul is fantastic, kind, passionate about his work. He did really put our minds at ease with everything as every meeting with him left us with a feeling that our wedding is gonna be perfect. His writing was incredible, gentle and sweet, exactly what we were looking for, and we asked Paul to stay longer with us so he can MC our wedding which was the best decision we could make. We are incredibly grateful for him and can’t recommend Paul enough. I think one thing that highlighted it the most for me, the day before the wedding we’ve been in a lot of stress figuring out what goes where, who stays were etc, and I felt under so much pressure. And then Paul arrived, we agreed to meet beforehand. He put us at ease so quick with his light presence I instantly felt like I finally had a break and a glimpse of what next day gonna be like. We worked closely with Paul for several months in the lead-up to our wedding, and he helped us create the perfect love story for our ceremony, which made the day feel so personal and special for both us and our guests.
From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly friendly, approachable and professional. He was always happy to answer our questions, no matter how small, and was brilliant at helping us articulate everything we wanted to say and convey during the ceremony. He took the time to really get to know us as a couple, which made the ceremony feel completely personal to us.
On the day itself, Paul was fantastic and delivered the ceremony beautifully. It was everything we had hoped for — personal, meaningful, warm and full of moments that made us (and our guests!) laugh and feel the emotion.

It’s hard to put into a short review just how wonderful Paul is. We had the luck of finding Paul when we began searching for celebrants last year as we planned our wedding. From the get go, Paul has been warm, professional, passionate and went above and beyond for our ceremony. From start to finish, Paul was absolutely perfect. People laughed and cried throughout the ceremony as he shared our love story, and I have lost count how many people complimented him to us after our wedding day. People even thought Paul was a long-term friend of ours, because the service was so personal and caring.
If you are considering celebrants for your wedding, book Paul. We could not have asked for any more, and he is also just a lovely and kind hearted person who cares so much about his work.

Finding the right celebrant for our wedding was surprisingly difficult. Most of the celebrants we spoke to were a little too formal, which just wasn't the vibe we were going for.
We met Paul at a local wedding show, explained exactly what we wanted, and he immediately understood the brief and reassured us it was something he could deliver.
We booked Paul there and then, and we're so glad we did. His communication in the months leading up to the wedding was spot on – not too much, not too little, just the right balance.
Paul took the time to get to know us and picked out all the key moments from our meetings to create a fun, personal ceremony that had everyone laughing, smiling and completely engaged from start to finish.
The lead-up to the wedding and the ceremony itself were absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have asked for more.
My only disappointment is that we never got to see you on that rodeo bull! Thanks again, Paul, for making our ceremony so memorable. We'd recommend you to anyone looking for a celebrant who can create something truly personal and entertaining.Paul Maxin Celebrant's reply:
