  The perfect day

  From our first online meeting with Dave we knew he was the one. We really felt we clicked. The conversation flowed easily and we both felt at ease immediately. Dave was attentive and interested in us, our lives, and our big day. Dave was wonderful before, during and after our day. I have no doubt at all that, without Dave, our day would have been very different. We felt we were in safe hands and in terms of the ceremony, had nothing to worry about. When we read the script that Dave had written it actually made me cry as it was so touching. We had so many people comment on how wonderful our ceremony was and how much they enjoyed it. If you are considering booking Dave, I would urge you to stop considering and start booking.

  Incredible ceremony, great energy

  Dave conducted our wedding ceremony and was also our MC for the day and was incredible. His energy really set the tone of the day which was vibrant, fun and uplifting. Our guests absolutely loved him!
  
  The ceremony itself was heartfelt and funny and he really captured and told our story perfectly. The first draft of the script was spot on, he really understood us as a couple. He also helped us write our own vows which seemed daunting at first. Absolutely loved working with Dave, our day wouldn't have been the same without him!

  Thank you Dave Octave

  We booked Dave Octave as the Celebrant for our wedding. Dave was extremely professional, helpful and makes what can be a very stressful time just bags of fun with his happy manner and great sense of humour, the latter being the main reason for picking him for our special day. Dave worked with us on calls and via e-mail prior to the big day to ensure everything was perfect, the service was amazing and many of the guests have since commented about how good Dave was.
  We would recommend Dave without hesitation if you need a Celebrant, you will not regret hiring him and you’ll be delighted with the service.

  The best day ever!

  We couldn’t have asked for more from Dave and are so lucky we had him for our special day! Before the wedding we kept in contact with Dave and he put us at ease with any little worries we had. The script for the ceremony was absolutely perfect - he had our guests engaged and wrote a beautiful, heartfelt ceremony that couldn’t have been delivered any better. Dave made our ceremony so personal and we had countless people raving about him to us! We honestly couldn’t have chosen better and would recommend him time after time. Thank you so much for making our special day that bit more perfect.

  Dave made our wedding perfect

  Dave was our wedding celebrant and made our wedding EXACTLY what we wanted. Dave took time to understand how we were approaching our wedding planning and what getting married meant to us. The ceremony that he wrote was completely perfect, it summed us up brilliantly. Dave is fun to work with, really thoughtful and works with you to co-create the ceremony that’s right for you. Our friends and family really loved it, and I know some friends have gone on to book Dave for their wedding. Thanks Dave!

  Dave Octave is Fantastic

  Dave Octave was an absolute pleasure to work with as our celebrant and toast master and he elevated our entire wedding experience far more than we could have ever anticipated! Dave was punctual, friendly, fun and energetic, bringing a unique flair to the celebration that had all of our guests singing his praises well into the night. Dave put in just as much effort into getting to know our guests and making them feel good as he did with planning our ceremony. I couldn’t recommend Dave Octave enough to anyone looking to plan an awesome wedding celebration!

  Amazing Celebrant, amazing day, everything amazing!!!

  Dave was energetic , fun, passionate and experienced, and the most amazing celebrant we could have ever asked for. From our very first call dave gave us sooo much invaluable advice, was reliable, attentive, and spent so much time learning about who my husband and I were and what would work for our ceremony. Dave bought so much fun and energy to the day, and I had so many people come up to me after and say they’d never seen anything like him and how amazing he was. Thank you so much dave for such an amazing day - we couldn’t have had the perfect wedding without you!!!

  Beyond Perfect

  Dave was so thoughtful and treated our vows like he was a ghostwriter for our love story. He is was so personable you trusted him instantly, so much so he’s now a forever friend. The whole wedding is still raving about him and how personal he made the ceremony - emotional and humorous he brought it all!

  Cannot fault Dave!

  From the moment we met Dave we knew we were in safe hands. Although we didn't get to meet in person before the big day, Dave was there every step of the way to help make sure we were ready. Dave kept the day running smoothly; entertaining our guests, calming our nerves and even saving the day with a blindfold at the last minute for our first touch! He worked so well alongside the staff at the venue, even though he'd never met them, making sure our day was perfect. Our guests loved the ceremony and the humour and story he told of our love, so many happy tears! We honestly can't thank him enough for being such an important part of our special day. He is one in a million!
