Charlotte Sent on 11/08/2025Beautiful Personal Ceremony, Not Enough Stars to Rate! Need More Stars!
If you are looking for a personalised ceremony that reflects who you are as a couple look no further! Nichola absolutely beams with all things wedding and really took the time to get to know us. She is easy to talk to, and has a brilliant sense of humour, and is also an incredibly reassuring presence! So when it came to the ceremony script being shared with us, she hit every nail on the head! It has been over a month since our wedding and our guests are still talking about how amazing, lovely, and personal the ceremony was! She threaded through humour, kept it up beat, and kept our guests engaged, and made them (and us!) Cry happy tears. We also received a beautiful copy of the script, and readings that were beautifully made and we have kept safely in our wedding box. We cannot recommend Nichola enough! Shame there isn't an option for 10 out of 5 stars.Bespoke Celebrant Ceremonies's reply:

Laurie Sent on 09/01/2026Genuuine, Intimate, Family Wedding.
The brief was 'Mum, can you arrange a small intimate wedding for our visit in 6 months time!".
I panicked, of course, but one of my best decisions was to ask Nichola to be our celebrant. With the bride and groom out of the country until a week before the wedding, and a 12 hour time difference to negotiate, all the preparation took place online during unsocial hours at Nichola's busiest time of the year.
She took the time to make sure that our brief was followed to the letter and that it was the bride and groom's special day.
The ceremony itself wasn't the most ordered or solemn, but Nichola knew it was to be a genuine, intimate family affair and made it memorable in so many ways. Nichola kept her composure even when the groom's wedding ring had to be retrieved from the inside of his shirt where it had been placed by his two year old son.

Somer Sent on 11/12/2025Nichola was the perfect celebrant for us!
My partner and I first met Nichola at a wedding fayre, at a fairly traditional venue. In a sea of lovely, traditional wedding stalls (a couple of which ended up also being our vendors!), Nichola's stall was colourful and bright and caught our attention immediately. We were already on the lookout for a celebrant, as we wanted to separate our legal process from our ceremony and wanted a ceremony that focused more on us, in a non-traditional sense. We had also decided our wedding colours would be "colourful", so seeing Nichola's stall was like a guiding beacon!
Nichola was polite, but super excited and had a killer portfolio - vows on a ferris wheel anyone? We talked all things us and her and about what we wanted for our ceremony, and came away knowing that Nichola would be the celebrant for us.
We then had a fantastic video call with Nichola, where we discussed the process and went into more details about what a ceremony could look like for us. Nichola casually floated what turned out to be one of the best ideas of the day by us in this meeting - have our rings in a cryptex! We got engaged in an escape room and the rings were hidden in a cryptex then, so why not have the same storage at our wedding? Ideas such as that, and a huge knowledge of weddings in general, are what got us our amazing ceremony, and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!
Nichola was professional, but energetic, and completely focused on making sure we had the day we wanted. Our script is amazing, and our guests and ourselves were having to stop ourselves from crying during the ceremony. Every time I looked at Nichola, she was beaming and clearly loving what she does, which is the best thing to see at such a wonderful moment! It helped put us all at ease, and made for a beautiful start to a magical day.
Many of our guests have commented on how amazing the ceremony was, and how much they loved the story of us being told during it. As a surprise bonus, Nichola took some of our favourite photos from the day - I've attached a photo of myself and my bridesmaids (the 'stairwell shot') and one of me and my partner on a blue background, both taken by Nichola. We love both of these, and they capture truly candid moments of us just before and after the ceremony.

I loved everything about your day, the pair of you, your colours, your awesome wildlife park venue, your decor but obviously your ceremony absolutely shone 😊 Trusting me with my cryptex idea really paid off and I loved witnessing your guests getting involved. I’m also delighted to hear watching the professionals for so many years taking photos has paid off although I will deffo leave it to them going forward.

When booking our ceremony we both felt very overwhelmed by the idea of a 'celebrant ceremony' - it wasn't something we had ever heard of. We had several calls with celebrants and felt lost until we found Nichola.
Nichola took the time to really get to know us individually and as a couple and that shined through during our ceremony. Nichola had everyone laughing, crying and smiling from the minute the ceremony started.
Nichola, thank you so much for marrying us - you were amazing. And a special thank you for our memory booklet - such a beautiful touch that made me ball my eyes out the following morning!! -

Nichola was amazing from day 1! She got to know us as individuals as well as a couple, then made the perfect script for our big day. She told our story perfectly and we loved every moment of it. On the day Nichola helped so much to calm Harvey’s nerves during the lead up to the ceremony and then helped me relax knowing that everything was ready. We could not have asked for a better celebrate and we would recommend Nichola to everyone.

I first came across Nichola at a wedding I attended and from experiencing that celebrant-led ceremony it was clear to me that is exactly what I wanted for my own wedding! When the time came, we spoke to a few celebrants that were more local to us, but we both knew that Nichola was the one for us - she was fun, personable and really took the time to get to know us and our story. The script she had written after our meeting was the perfect balance of humour and emotion and encapsulated our love story perfectly. So many of our guests have said how much they loved the ceremony (usually the boring bit, right!?) and how personal and meaningful it was to us and our relationship. We definitely recommend Nichola!! -

Perfection!
Booking Nichola was one of the best decision we made for our wedding!
Our ceremony was perfect for us - it had a beautiful balance reflecting our sense of humour and the deep emotion we both felt on the day. Nichola made us, and our loved ones, laugh and cry - and it truly felt like a celebration of the love and joy we’d found together.
We felt reassured she was a safe pair of hands - and seeing her before walking down the aisle brought a calm and confidence that everything was going to be just right. It was also such a help to have her read our vows so we could keep them private from each other, but know that they would fit well together and no one would be left feeling embarrassed!
We had a number of compliments from guests about how personal and celebratory the ceremony felt - and we are so delighted Nichola helped us share that ❤️Bespoke Celebrant Ceremonies's reply:

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for being a part of our special day, it was truly one of the most memorable moments of our lives. Everyone commented on how amazing you were and that they could feel the love and happiness and for also including the people who were not able to be there. It meant so much to my family who were very emotional. My elder brother actually took a rose from my bouquet and the next day delivered it all the way to his grave in Lancashire. He was very moved, as was I. Apart from feeling like I was going to pass out with nerves 😅.
I am sure on the day I said thank you but so hard to remember as it was very overwhelming. I just wanted you to know we were so grateful for everything you wrote, from start to finish you have been amazing.

We had the best experience working with Nichola for our wedding earlier this month, at Stockwith Mill. From the first time we met her, we knew she was the celebrant for us. She understood us; both as a couple and as individuals, loved every idea we had, and her script told our story in a beautiful, romantic but humorous way I just don't think anyone else would have been able to capture. She was always on the other end of an email and responded so quickly, despite being so booked up with other weddings.

We were so grateful for the amazing service we received with Nichola. She truly took the time to get to know us and hear all about our quirks and love story, and wrote the most beautiful ceremony which has us all tearing up. We felt like we were in such a safe pair of hands from start to finish. Our ceremony was one of the most special parts of the day, and was exactly how we wanted it, traditional feeling with none of the rigidity, and so much more personality. To top it off, we came away with a beautiful folder with a certificate and lovely keepsake print outs to look back on in years to come. We love you!
