We’re Shaleen and Michael, the team behind Simply Doughlicious. Our love of authentic Italian food and the joy of creating something from scratch inspired us to start our pizza catering business. Having travelled through Naples, Tuscany, and beyond, we fell in love with the flavours, passion, and craft of Italian cuisine, and we wanted to bring a little of that magic to our local area.

Simply Doughlicious was born from a simple idea to create fresh, thoughtfully made pizzas. We serve from our vintage 1977 Citroën HY van, turning every pizza into a small event, a moment to bring people together, laugh, and share great food.

Our aim is simple: to deliver delicious food with a personal touch, creating memorable experiences for every celebration, big or small. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate event, or a private party, we want every guest to leave happy, and maybe even inspired to try making their own pizza at home!
