Rudd Catering — family-run wedding and event catering in Norfolk

We are Rudd Catering, a family-run catering business based near King's Lynn in Norfolk. Led by Ryan, Sophie and Tracy, we have been looking after weddings, private celebrations and corporate events across Norfolk and the surrounding counties since 2008.

Our food is modern, seasonal and relaxed, built around fresh, local Norfolk produce wherever possible. We do not believe in fixed packages — every menu is tailored to your event, your venue and the day you want to have. Ryan leads the kitchen and works directly with every couple to design a menu that feels right, while Sophie runs front of house and makes sure the whole day flows from beginning to end. Tracy looks after desserts, venue styling and the finishing touches that quietly lift a room.

We regularly cater marquee weddings, barn weddings, country-house celebrations and private venues throughout Norfolk. Alongside the food, we can provide mobile bar hire, cocktail bars, drinks packages and waiting staff — as much or as little as you need. We also offer venue styling, hog roasts, afternoon tea, private dining and thoughtful funeral and corporate buffets.

Once your date is booked, we invite you to a complimentary tasting for two before finalising your menu, so you can try what you will be serving your guests. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and every dietary requirement are cooked with the same care as the main menu — never an afterthought.

When you work with us, you work with the family. From your first enquiry to the last plate cleared away, you will deal directly with the people cooking and coordinating your day.
