If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!
The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and there were amazing choices for everyone. The tasting evening was incredible - so helpful for narrowing down our menu and being able to try everything really made us confident in our choices and it was such a lovely evening.
From the very beginning, the team's communication was amazing. They were so organised, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They answered every question quickly and made the whole planning process so easy and stress-free.
On the day itself, they took amazing care of us and all of our guests. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was! The team also made sure we didn't miss out on anything during such a busy day, which meant so much to us.
We wish we could have their food over and over again!
Truly the best decision we made for our wedding. Professional, kind, talented, and the food speaks for itself. We cannot recommend Epic Catering highly enough.

We genuinely cannot recommend EPIC Catering highly enough.
Our journey with EPIC really began with our tasting evening at Leigh Court Business Centre on 19th February. We arrived with a pretty good idea in our heads of what we wanted for our wedding breakfast, and after a fabulous evening of incredible food and brilliant service, we walked away knowing that our original choices were absolutely the right ones.
Tasting food in a controlled setting is one thing, delivering that same quality and standard to a venue full of wedding guests is another entirely. EPIC absolutely delivered.
The food on our wedding day was exceptional. The quality and presentation were every bit as good as we remembered from our tasting evening, and the consistency between the two was hugely impressive. We received so many lovely comments from our guests about the food, which was wonderful to hear.
What stood out just as much, though, was the service. Throughout the day, the EPIC team were constantly checking in with us as the bride and groom, making sure we were happy, that everything was running as we hoped and that we had everything we needed. That level of care and attention meant so much to us and allowed us to simply enjoy our day knowing everything was being taken care of behind the scenes.
When you plan a wedding, you put so much trust into the suppliers you choose to bring everything together. EPIC completely justified that trust and played a huge part in making our day as special as it was.
To any couples currently choosing a caterer for their big day, we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend EPIC Catering.
Thank you to the entire EPIC team for the incredible food, exceptional service and for helping make our wedding day one we will never forget.

We cannot thank the team at Epic enough for creating the custom wedding day and food vibes of our dreams! The entire food experience was amazing and our guests haven't stopped raving about the food and the incredible service!
A massive shoutout goes to the kitchen for bringing our dream of a custom Italian-style menu to life — the food was absolutely exquisite! This was always number one priority for us to not have the traditional Sunday roast style wedding breakfast and Epic went above and beyond to make it happen for us with endless tweaks until it was perfect!
The food and drinks options at Epic are endless and they could probably pull off any request you wanted of them! Our favourite was the custom iced coffees that went down an absolute storm with our guests!
The team on the day was spectacular. Our catering managers, Louise and Mike, were unreal. Their attention to detail and attentiveness to both us and our guests was outstanding - they honestly couldn’t do enough for us and made our day so special.
The bar and serving staff were also so kind and also beyond helpful to us and all of our guests. We were especially grateful that they saved some of our wedding cake and late-night toasties for us to enjoy the next morning, as the day was such a whirlwind! We cannot thank the on the day staff enough for this!!
The planning process was also very good with Epic. Megan was amazing during our final details meeting and helped us plan through a lot of our unknowns, making it very simple for us to process this new experience of catering a load of guests! Annalise was beyond helpful with every single email back-and-forth for years before we even got to the day, and Emma made our tasting day and final menu tweaks a breeze by having seamless live menu links and smooth invoice systems, making the admin side as stress-free as it could have been when planning a large event!
The whole thing was perfect from start to finish. If you want a caterer that goes above and beyond, hire Epic! -

Where do we even start? If you’re wondering who to choose as your caterers, choose Epic.
From our very first enquiry call with Andrew, we felt comfortable, excited, and completely looked after. After that call, there was honestly no question who we wanted for our wedding.
The tasting experience was incredible. We counted, and we tried over 20 different dishes! It was such a fun and generous experience, and it made choosing our menu so special.
Then came the wedding day, 14.3.26, and I truly can’t find enough words to describe how amazing Ashden and the whole team were. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but every single person was warm, kind, accommodating, careful, professional, and just all-around EPIC.
It sounds like a cliché, but so many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The flavours were gorgeous, the presentation was beautiful, and the whole evening flowed perfectly.
Many guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how there were never any awkward or boring “waiting around” moments — and we didn’t even have extra entertainment booked!
Also, if you’re deciding on evening food: choose The Cheese Wheel. It was the biggest hit of the night. It looked fantastic, it gathered people together, guests absolutely loved it, and people were amazed that something as simple as gnocchi/mac & cheese could taste that good and be so fun as an experien.

We chose Epic Caterers as our catering team, who helped us design a completely bespoke menu, suiting our tastes and personalities. The team were fantastic from start to finish, and even helped me fix my shoes when they fell apart! We had so many compliments from guests saying about how amazing the food was and how generous the portions were, they even saved some of the evening food for the two of us to take home! Thank you so much to the team at Epic, especially Emma, Carly, Louise and James who went above and beyond for us! -

Epic Caterers really were epic on the day. The food was fantastic and we had lots of comments from our guests on how friendly their staff were.
I do think that it would have been beneficial to have our expectations managed early on in booking process on when we would hear from them and what the menu design process would look like including tastings. It did feel like there were a lot of unknowns until very close to the wedding date which was unnerving. However there was no need to worry as it all came together perfectly on the day.
We really felt that they met all our requirements. They were super flexible in adapting their offerings to suit us. -

Epic catered our wedding last week and it was truly amazing! From the very quick response to every email or query we had, to the upmost professional service on the day, we could not recommend them more. All of our guests told us how wonderful the food was and the portion sizes were great to fill everyone up! They were flexible, and dinner ran so smoothly. They provided a great bar service and wood fired pizza in the evening too - a true foodies dream for a wedding !!
