Epic Caterers really were epic on the day. The food was fantastic and we had lots of comments from our guests on how friendly their staff were.
I do think that it would have been beneficial to have our expectations managed early on in booking process on when we would hear from them and what the menu design process would look like including tastings. It did feel like there were a lot of unknowns until very close to the wedding date which was unnerving. However there was no need to worry as it all came together perfectly on the day.
We really felt that they met all our requirements. They were super flexible in adapting their offerings to suit us. -

We couldn’t have been happier with EPIC as our wedding caterers! They provided a delicious two-course Indian/British fusion meal, along with a beautiful grazing station during the reception in place of canapés — both were a huge hit with our guests.
The mix of flavours and creativity in the fusion dishes really stood out, and the quality was fantastic from start to finish. A special mention has to go to the starter — a mini paneer butter masala that everyone absolutely loved!
The team were great to work with throughout the process. Communication was smooth (especially in the lead-up to the day), they were professional and friendly, and they went above and beyond to accommodate all dietary needs without anyone feeling left out.
We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for food that’s both memorable and beautifully presented. -

Epic catered our wedding last week and it was truly amazing! From the very quick response to every email or query we had, to the upmost professional service on the day, we could not recommend them more. All of our guests told us how wonderful the food was and the portion sizes were great to fill everyone up! They were flexible, and dinner ran so smoothly. They provided a great bar service and wood fired pizza in the evening too - a true foodies dream for a wedding !! -

The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional.
We had 2 x tasting experiences which were phenomenal. Emma was incredibly attentive, patient and helpful through the whole process as we had ALOT of back and forth.
The food was high quality on the day and did not disappoint at all. The beef wellington was astonishing and even today, 6 months on, our friends still talk about it now!
Cannot recommend this catering company enough. -

We are so grateful to have chosen Epic Caterers for our wedding day. From the very start, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, making sure to tweak the menu after our tasting to ensure everything was perfect. We knew we wanted something a little different from the typical wedding food, and they delivered far beyond our expectations.
We opted for a relaxed sharing-style meal, and it was a huge hit with our guests! Not only did it give people plenty of choices, but it also created a wonderful sense of togetherness. It was so nice to see everyone chatting and enjoying the food together — it really added something special to the atmosphere!
One small piece of feedback I would offer is that it would be nice if Epic Caterers included the tasting of what you’d actually want on the wedding day as part of their package, rather than an additional cost. I know I certainly didn't want to go ahead with food I hadn't tried!
That said, we were absolutely thrilled with the food and service - they truly helped make our wedding celebration one to remember. -

We were over the moon with the food epic produced at our wedding. The canapes and the three course meal. Every meal was exactly what we envisioned for our big day and all the guests said how amazing the food was and where did we find you!
They were such a great catering company to work with and a million percent picked the perfect caterers for the wedding and all the staff were so lovely to work with.

Epic caterers did an absolutely flawless job for our wedding. They took over the catering contract at our venue around 8 months before our wedding, which could have been a disaster but it turned out to be one of the best things to happen to our wedding!
The food on the day was exceptional, both in taste and presentation. All of the staff were fantastic, so attentive and conscientious, and we received a tonne of compliments from our guests after the wedding about the food and the service. We had quite a large proportion of guests with dietary requirements and they were all catered to with the utmost care and attention.
The food tasting was also a dream and shouldn't be skipped out on - we actually overhauled a lot of our menu based on what we tried at the tasting. The portions were plentiful (make sure you're hungry before you go!) and the tasting was an excellent representation of the food & service we received on our wedding day.
They're not the cheapest option but well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Epic Caterers to anyone planning their wedding. (Shout out to the mini fish and chip canapes which will forever hold a place in my heart!) -

We chose epic caterers a while back in readiness for our wedding at The Kingscote Barn.
They were absolutely amazing! They were really helpful when choosing our menu and accommodated for the allergies that we had.
Their food was superb and all our guests kept telling us how amazing the steak was from the epic BBQ platter that we chose (it really was amazing!!)
The other food were also so tasty! The salmon and chicken were cooked ro perfection! I cannot recommend this company enough. I really hope any future wedding I get invited to will have these guys as their caterer.
