Hello from a Newlywed Couple in Worcestershire!

We're a recently married couple based in the heart of Worcestershire, and we're so excited to share our passion with you!
Our journey began at our own wedding, where we wanted to add something sweet and memorable to our reception — but we didn't want the usual 'sweet cart'. We were after something unique, refined, and delicious that both we and our guests would truly enjoy.
Then came the lightbulb moment. While wandering through the German Market one day, we discovered mini Dutch pancakes called poffertjes and instantly fell in love! That's when the idea was born… and here we are.

What are Poffertjes?

Poffertjes are a traditional Dutch treat — small, fluffy pancakes. They have a soft, spongy texture and are traditionally served with just icing sugar and butter. However, we have put our own spin on it! We've taken the traditional poffertjes to the next level with exciting toppings and combinations that look as good as they taste. From fresh fruit and indulgent sauces to branded favourites like Nutella, Biscoff, and Oreo, there's something for every guest to enjoy. We have attached our menu to our photo album for you to view.

From a Wedding Idea to a Growing Business

We started small, testing the idea at food festivals with a gazebo setup, and quickly realised just how much people love pancakes. Using authentic ingredients from a family in Holland, our poffertjes are soft, fluffy, and full of flavour - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser at any event.

A local carpenter handcrafted our beautiful oak wood wedding cart. We wanted something elegant and timeless, a cart that looks just as good as the food it serves. It's a real showstopper, complete with stylish stanchions and bespoke decorations that can be tailored to match your theme.
