Polly’s Vintage Ice Cream Parlour™ offers ‘Florence‘ our beautiful 1966 Volkswagen Split-Screen ice cream van serving hand scooped luxury ice creams for every occasion - Ice Cream Van Hire with a vintage twist.

Based on the Staffordshire/Cheshire/Shropshire boarders and traveling further afield for larger events, you and your guests will love the vintage vibe and gorgeous dairy, vegan & sorbet ice creams.

Dream come true.

I can honestly say that having Florence at my wedding made my dreams come true. As soon as I found Polly’s Parlour online - I planned my whole wedding around her and would only book my venue when I knew when she was available. The whole experience was amazing and if I could give any more than 5 stars - I would. The communication was excellent and the ice cream was delicious - to the point where I ate 3 !!!! Florence is gorgeous. Everyone commented on the ice cream and said that the whole experience was so so good !!!!
Thank you so much. The whole day was magical and you made one bride and groom very happy. If you are thinking of booking - do it !!!! You will have no regrets.

Florence Rocked Birdfest

We had Florence at our festival wedding on the 22nd August 2026.

We had a proper festival vibe wedding with food vans instead of a sit down meal, and this fit in perfectly. The van itself is stunning! The selection of ice creams was so hard to choose from.

Everyone loved the ice cream, especially the honeycomb. The personalised wafers made some fab photos, and were super tasty.

If you're thinking of booking, do it!!

We even got to go inside and serve ice cream, which was a slight disaster. I kept breaking the wafers, but I cant wait to see the photos!!

Amazing people, delicious ice cream!

Thank you so much for coming to our wedding! Our guests absolutely loved the ice cream and sorbet selection. So many compliments!

Mark & Sally were fantastic throughout - offering us tasting of different flavours and pre visiting our venue to find out where to park on the day. Everything ran so smoothly and the ice cream was delicious!

Fabulous ice cream, gorgeous van, lovely people❤️

Absolutely loved the whole Polly's Parlour experience when I booked them for my wife's birthday.
Great choice of flavours, Mark & Sally were brilliant.
Easy to book, great communication and good value.
And the van was quiet! No running engine, just the best.
I would highly recommend them for any event. Ted
