Okay but not great

On the day the driver arrived promptly and on time. We had hired the car for 5 hours. Our photographer asked rhe driver to put the roof down for some photos and said that it would take him 15 mins to do this. Once we were finished with the photos we set off to our only stop. The driver was driving quite rough and getting close to on coming traffic and several times driving over the middle road dividers. He thought that it was funny that the bride was scared but did not correct his driving. The service included water bottles and we asked if the driver had them. He told us that he didn’t and that he would stop along the way. We didn’t think that this was appropriate due to the hire being hourly and the driver should have had the waters before hand. He stopped at a petrol station and took around 15 minutes to buy the water! This is because they told him that there were only large bottles and they would check the back for small. When he called us 10 minutes into us waiting I told him to just get 1 big bottle and we would share as we are in a rush but yet he still took another 5 minutes just to come out with 1 bottle for us and 1 bottle for himself. Once we got to our stop the photographer asked us to arrive with the roof down for photos of arrival. I asked the driver if he can lower the roof to the venue as the venue was only 2 mins away. He the. Started making several excuses by saying well I already lowered it once for you and it take a lot of time to lower it. He even said nobody is going to help me put it down and back up. This is unacceptable if the car is hired for 5 hours and before hand there have been no limitations set then how can the drivers laziness be the reasons.

Excellent Service

Adil was punctual, patient and professional! The car arrived in an excellent state, clean and decorated. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the drive.
We also got a lovely video of us with the vehicle which was extra special.

A great service
