Greta really bought our vision to reality! Our cake was not only picture perfect but utterly delicious!
People even messaged us the next day just to comment on how tasty it was!
The sponge was so moist and the buttercream so tasty in every flavour!
Greta went above and beyond to help us with cake stand recommendation's, and was so professional from start to finish. She was also so accommodating to helping us stay within our budget.
Thank you Greta for the wedding cake of our dreams! -

We asked for an elegant simple wedding cake matching the colour theme we had chosen for the wedding during our consultation. We were given ideas and helped to choose the right options for us. It was delivered to the venue on time and looked absolutely amazing, our guests could not believe that the leaves were edible as they looked so realistic! It was exactly what we asked and hoped for. We had two different flavours, lemon and poppy seed for one tier and lemon and blueberries for the other tier. We loved the flavours, the cake was moist and delicious, even the icing was nice as it was not sweet and sickly at all. We had so many compliments from our guests who asked where we got the cake from. So Gauer Sugarcraft get our highest recommendation. If we are looking for other celebration cakes in the future we would definitely use them again. -

Wedding cake
My son and future daughter in law were living in Australia but flying home for their wedding, Booking Gauer sugarcraft was so straight forward even arranged a zoom call to confirm exactly what they would like. And on the day everyone was blown away by the flavours of the cake and the fantastic icing! It was more than we ever expected. My son loves fruit cake which today is an unusual choice, but it was the best fruit cake we have ever tasted. I would totally recommend Greta so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The other flavours were chocolate and raspberry and Victoria sponge which were equally delicious! -

I could not have been happier with our wedding cake made by Gauer Cakes.
We asked for a 3 tier cake, the top tier was made of Red velvet, the middle tier sponge cake and the bottom tier chocolate cake.
Everyone said how lovely and moist the cake was, there wasn’t much left by the end of the night.
The cake consisted of purple marble icing with purple flowers. This was a lovely addition to our wedding.
Would highly recommend using Gauer cakes for any occasion!! -

Greta was an absolute gem of a find, she hand delivered our taster cakes which were packaged and presented beautifully, she was very easy to discuss our options with and what we ended up going with, which was absolutely beautiful and was the centrepiece of our venue! and had lots of compliments about the beautiful and tasty cake! Thankyou so much Greta for making our cake so special ❤️ -
