Having chatted to Trudie from Serendipity at an open evening (recommended through Dodmoor House) in June 2024, I was keen to visit their boutique to try on some stunning wedding gowns! Fast forward to October 2024 for my appointment, along with my bridal party for moral support…..and wow. The SB team are amazing, welcoming from start to finish and are all about body positivity & empowering girls and women from all backgrounds and diversities. Both SB’s main shop and outlet boutique had a wide range of dresses depending on budget and style, and they were excellent value for money. I was looked after so brilliantly by the SB team, and I eventually said yes to the first dress (out of 9) that I tried on! Having struggled with body and self-esteem issues as a teenager, the team brought my confidence back and I felt like a princess on my wedding day!! Myself and my fiances sister had an amazing afternoon trying on Serendipity Brides beautiful wedding gowns.
Hannah was absolutely fabulous! So friendly, and knowledgeable about what sort of style suits me.

I went to the outlet next door to their main store. They had great dresses for great prices. My sales advisor, Natalie, was brilliant. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Both my sister and mum really liked her, too. I told Natalie my budget and she made sure to only show me dresses within my budget- which was great because it can be easy to get carried away when seeing other dresses outside of one's budget.
I ended up purchasing an A-line Stella York dress and a tiara. The tiara was kept by the store until I was ready to collect it. It complimented the dress really well. I felt, and looked like a princess throughout my big day. Thank you, Serendipity Brides. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this store to others.Serendipity Brides's reply:

I had the best experience here with my mum and sisters. Lynsey was amazing and made us all feel so comfortable. I’m so happy that I found my dream dress. Lynsey truly was the perfect person to help me find the one and really made the whole experience so special.
All the other staff we came across were so friendly too and I felt they were all genuinely happy for me and excited that I had found my dress.
It’s also lovely that I have a photo with my family after saying yes to the dress so that I can treasure the moment forever.Serendipity Brides's reply:

Loved Bridal at Serendipity Brides
I was so happy with my experience at Loved Bridal, the outlet side of Serendipity Brides. They were truly amazing. Every dress they brought out for me to Tryon was within the budget I had told them and the dresses were all gorgeous. We even went over my alloted time as I was trying to narrow down on my dress. I left with my perfect dress and I am so happy with the design I got, especially for the price I got it for!Serendipity Brides's reply:

The most dreamy experience
As a curvy bride I was very nervous when it came to finding my Wedding Dress. I done my research, took other people’s recommendations and made contact with Serendipity explaining my worries and they put me straight at ease advising the sizes they held and that they had a variety of designers which was such a help as most shops only hold a few so you already know you will have a lot of options. Was easy to get a Saturday appt. A lookbook was shared with me before the appt for me to pic dresses that took my fancy and this was not only super helpful but SO fun to flick through. This also saved time on the day of the appt so you get the most out of your allocated slot.
On the day I was appointed Lynsey who is quite literally an Angel on earth! The sweetest person, full of excitement for you which just sets the scene for the best day. She talked us through how the appointment would go, understood my worries, kept everything very positive and brought in the most fabulous dresses. The appointment was a dream, so much fun was had throughout it almost felt like Lynsey was part of the bridal party. The varity of dresses was incredible and slowly we chipped away at find the most perfect dress and the cliche happened, I went for a dress opposite to what I thought I ‘wanted’ and all my curvy girl fears were out the window all thanks to Lynsey’s expertise! She knows her stuff and her brides.
Every communication and visit to the boutique was seamless, easy and always met with a big smile and a hug. The Boutique is the most stunning and girlie place run by Fairy Godmothers, I can’t recommend and thank them enough.Serendipity Brides's reply:
