I was initially terrified about finding a wedding dress — I have a particular style and not much confidence, and I also lost a lot of weight in the run up to the wedding. Hannah at Lush Curve Bridal was absolutely amazing. She was so supportive, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process.
She created such a relaxed environment where I felt comfortable being honest, and she welcomed my feedback with real understanding. Thanks to her, I found a dress that felt perfect for me, and the whole experience became something I could actually enjoy.
I can’t thank Hannah enough — I would recommend Lush Curve Bridal to anyone looking for a truly supportive and empowering bridal experience. -

It’s taken me a while to write this review, because I really wanted to find the right words — words that come from the heart, from a place of deep gratitude and emotion.
Like many curvier brides-to-be, my search for the dress came with more than just fittings and fabric — it came with years of body image battles, silent fears, and moments of feeling like I wasn’t truly seen. I walked into this journey carrying all of that... and then I found Hannah.
Hannah, the soul behind Lush Curve Bridal, is more than just a bridal consultant. She is a deeply empathetic, intuitive, and radiant human being who changed everything for me.
From the very first moment, she made me feel safe. Not judged, not pitied — seen. She gently coached me through my nerves, quieted my insecurities with kindness, and made space for me to just be. I walked into my first appointment anxious, unsure... and left with tears in my eyes and the biggest smile on my face. Tears not from sadness — but from joy. From shock. From finally being able to say, “I feel beautiful.”
Hannah is a miracle worker in every sense of the word. And she wears that title with grace.
That first appointment wasn’t just a fitting — it was the beginning of my wedding dream coming true.
Throughout the entire process, Hannah and her team at Lush Curve Bridal were extraordinary. They know their gowns. They know how to listen. And more than anything, they know how to help women rediscover their confidence. They encouraged me, empowered me, and helped me find a dress that didn’t just fit my body — it fit my soul.

I was feeling really nervous about looking for my wedding dress, but Hannah put me at ease the moment I walked into Lush Curve Bridal. She was kind, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole appointment.
Thanks to her guidance, I found the most beautiful dress that made me feel amazing. The entire experience was relaxed, personal, and unforgettable.

The Absolute Best Curve Bridal Store.
After having a long talk with my photographer about wedding dress shopping - with particular focus on severe body dysmorphia, low self-esteem and feigning confidence in most settings - they recommended I speak with Hannah at Lush Curve, and I’m so glad I listened. Best. Decision. Ever.
I did all of the usual bridal things: Extensive Pinterest research, desperately peeking through every shop window, and binging every wedding dress show known to man, but so few bridal store websites actually stocked dresses that represented who I am or what I wanted. So, when I looked into Lush Curve, it was like the weight of the world lifted. The quality and choice of dresses /veils /accessories is always on point, and Hannah puts in the work to find the best designers for her brides (she also has great relationships with them which helps if you’re asking for custom elements).
On arrival at my appointment, me and my mum were made to feel special straight away, which sadly isn’t the typical experience for a plus size bride. The store is stunning; you literally feel like you’re walking into your own fairytale. We were offered drinks, snacks, and Hannah provided super comfy slippers which make you feel at home. Then we spent time having a proper chat about my wants, fears, and wedding plans.
One thing Hannah and her team will make sure of is that every bride, no matter her size, will be able to try on dresses and feel confident doing it. I was incredibly nervous at first, but genuinely came away feeling like I could be a plus size wedding dress model. After trying the first dress, the worry about whether or not I’d fit in a style I liked, or if I’d just have to have something pinned in front of me to ‘get an idea’ melted away. There are samples in multiple sizes and I ended up trying so many of them because I felt damn good about what I looked like in them and couldn’t get enough of it. Hannah and her team made me realise that feeling good about yourself shouldn’t be a rare experience, especially in the lead up to your wedding, and it’s something I’ve carried with me since.
Everything was explained to me with such clarity and support; from the teams’ expert advice, the communication and admin handling, to the way I was helped into each dress, every detail of my appointment was perfect. No other plus size bridal store offers anywhere near the same level of attention and care. Hannah is so invested in her brides’ journeys, and I couldn’t be happier that Lush Curve will always be a part of mine.

I was made to feel so special at Lush - from the moment I arrived and every single second while wearing my wedding dress. I had previously thought I knew what I wanted but did not come away with anything like that. Being able to try dresses on that actually fitted and not having to "imagine" what they may look like once fitted. They were all beautiful, fabulously made and for a larger girl knowing how supportive the dress was for my larger bust and tummy was just brilliant. Everyone commented on how fabulous my dress was and how much of a figure it gave me. Just amazing and I would recommend this amazing store to everyone. Even the setting was beautiful, and everyone was made welcome, there was snacks and drinks and it was just perfect. -

Hannah was amazing to deal with, so chatty, professional and friendly. Gave good feedback and help and I’m so pleased this was the only dress shop I dealt with after hearing others experience at others. Went with an idea in my head and come home with something completely different, deffo gave me the confidence I needed to choose, so many thanks ❤️ -

I cannot thank Hannah enough, for how she has made me feel on the lead up to my wedding. Hannah is a woman's woman! She is your biggest fan, she is your best friend, she is the one who is cheering you on. If you don't feel fantastic, beautiful, and like the only bride in the world you're in the wrong shop!!! Me and my maid of honour travelled over two hours just for Hannah and Lush Curve Bridal and I do not regret a single second, even when the M25 closed an entire junction both ways!!! Lush dresses are just that, Lush. Hannahs experience and knowledge is like no other, her tips and tricks I will pass on to my friends when they get married and I will certainly be driving them up to Hannah. Thank you so much Lush Curve Bride and team for being a part of my wedding experience and making it so special. Hannah, you're a diamond, the queen of bride and I will forever be grateful 🩷 xx -

I had the best experience with Hannah, and I actually ended up buying the 4th ever dress I tried on! The atmosphere at the shop is lovely and Hannah and her team really helped me feel fantastic.
