I loved my experience at Lotte Rose, Charlotte was really helpful at advising styles and dresses similar to my vision, but was able to adapt when I kept changing my mind too.
She was also able to help secure a last minute bridesmaid dress for us too when the dresses ordered from another vendor didn’t fit properly.
I loved the shop, it was sleek and clean and would recommend.
My dress was beautiful and communication was great throughout the process. -

I had a great experience choosing my bridal gown at Lotte Rose. I took my parents along - we had tea and browsed the gowns before trying the first set. Charlotte was full of ideas and inspiration, and made me feel comfortable. I recommend to others without hesitation - you'll have a lovely time and (hopefully) find your gown! -

Amazing experience!
Charlotte was wonderful! She fitted us in for a last minute appointment late on a Sunday so my mum who was visiting could be there. I’d had a less than great experience the day before and she was so patient and down to earth. She put me at ease immediately. She has a fantastic range of dresses and has clearly put her heart and soul into the business. I would definitely recommend! -

Life saver!
Thankyou to Charlotte who helped me find the perfect dress! I can't thank her enough, for being so patient with me. I found the most beautiful dress 4 months before the wedding! I had such a lovely experience trying on different dresses and Charlotte made me feel at ease straight away as I was feeling a little nervous.
