I would 100% recommend Heavenly Brides of Shrewsbury.
Suzanne’s professionalism, knowledge and understanding of the customer was brilliant and she made me feel so at ease.
The shop has a fantastic range of dresses to try on and with it being appointment only, it’s nice to have the whole place to yourself.
I’m not a ‘dressy’ person and didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted, but she made me feel so comfortable and confident to try on anything.
Thank you once again for a great experience.
You made it a lot easier than I was expecting it to be. -

I had the most incredible experience at Heavenly Brides in the Darwin Centre, Shrewsbury, when I visited between Christmas and New Year. From the moment I walked in, Suzanne was an absolute star—so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She instantly made me feel relaxed and at ease, which is exactly what you want when searching for the dress!
Suzanne was fantastic at accommodating my two bridesmaids, ensuring they had the chance to give their opinions while keeping the whole experience fun and stress-free. She was super quick at getting me in and out of different dresses, but I never felt rushed—just efficient, which meant I could try plenty of options without feeling overwhelmed.
The selection of dresses was incredible, with both orderable and off-the-peg gowns, plus a gorgeous range of veils and accessories to complete the look. And the best part? I found my perfect wedding dress and veil! Suzanne even provided me with a list of recommended seamstresses to make any necessary alterations, one of whom happened to be in my village—so convenient!
I honestly can’t recommend Suzanne and Heavenly Brides enough to anyone looking for their dream wedding dress. If you’re getting married, this is the place to go! 💕👰✨ -

I was really overwhelmed and unsure what I was looking for when I arrived but they were very patient and helpful, and in the end I found the perfect dress. They were also very kind and held the dress for me for a week whilst I made my decision- I don't feel like everyone would do this and I was really touched when they offered. -

Donna Sent on 21/07/2016I was so happy with the dress I brought excellent service so friendly n helpful would totally recommend them. I tried on a number of dresses thought I'd found the one but then I was undecided so I went and tried on others and I fell in love with it instantly.
