From the moment I walked into this bridal shop, the service has been absolutely amazing. Julie was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — always up for a lovely chat and a good laugh, which made the whole experience even more special.
I honestly didn’t expect to find the dress, especially after visiting other shops without any luck, but the warmth and comfort I felt here made all the difference. I found my dream dress, ordered it, and when I went back to try it on, it was everything I wanted and more! I can’t wait to wear it next year walking down the aisle.
I also really appreciated that the appointment was completely free and there was absolutely no pressure to buy — just pure support and excitement from start to finish. I’d recommend this bridal shop to absolutely anyone!Crown Joolz Bridal's reply:

10/10 recommend
I had gotten my prom dress from Joolz when I was in high school, so when I saw Joolz at a wedding fair in November 2023 I knew it was fate that I would get my wedding dress from her.
Joolz made the process of me choosing my wedding dress personal, private and enjoyable.
I felt reassured at each fitting appointment and Joolz brought my bridal vision to life.
I would 100% recommend using Crown Joolz to any brides to be! -

Will forever recommend!
After having an unsuccessful experience at another bridal shop, I was highly recommended by a friend of mine who had recently got married and purchased her dress from Joolz. I originally had no vision on what style I wanted and was so overwhelmed (I’m a country gal so I like to live in jeans and a wax jacket), but Joolz picked out dresses which would best suit my body and my personality. And she hit it spot on! The time and patience she put in was incredible. She is so kind and understanding, and really has a passion for her wedding dresses and what she does. She altered my dress to fit my length which was perfect. And also offered to do alterations on my 8 bridesmaids dresses too who were all different shapes and height. And again she did an amazing job! I have and will always recommend Joolz to friends and family because she really is an outstanding seamstress and caters for your personal needs. Since being married another friend has also recently purchased a dress from Joolz and she too is over the moon.Crown Joolz Bridal's reply:

I went to crown joolz after not having a not so nice experience at a different bridal shop. Immediately on arrival I felt so much more comfortable and relaxed with the ladies in this shop. They let me take my time and try on as many dresses as I wanted to and really took their time with me. I found my dream dress in this shop and I cannot thank the ladies enough for the support and words of encouragement. 10/10 experience, would 1000% reccomend this place to anyone🤍Crown Joolz Bridal's reply:

First and only shop I visited for my dress!
I didn’t think I would find my dream dress so quickly, let alone on at my first appointment! I met Joolz at the Newmarket wedding fair in the November and was booked in for January there and then. She was so incredible throughout my entire appointment helping me try on dress styles that I hadn’t even considered before. As soon as we walked into this lovely showroom we were put at ease, Joolz is a really lovely very knowledgeable lady when It comes to helping pick a dress.
She makes you feel so special and valued. The dresses were very reasonably priced and she also does her own alterations.
If you’re looking for a wedding dress Joolz is the lady to see!
