Starr was a joy to deal with leading up to the day but also was great on the day and calmed me down when emotions were understandably high. My hair was beautiful and that’s thanks to Starr. Calm, friendly, and professional from start to finish — it genuinely felt like having another friend in the room on the morning of my wedding. Starr is an amazing hairstylist; even though I was indecisive, she instinctively knew what hairstyle would suit the vibe of the wedding and my dress perfectly. She even helped out during a small dress emergency, which went above and beyond. I truly couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I don’t know where to begin with sharing how incredible Starr is!! From the very first trial all the way to the moment before I walked down the aisle, Starr was beyond anything I could have wished for. Look no further as you’ve found your bridal hairstylist!!

From the trial, Starr brings her expertise and warmness to the meeting - I didn’t even need to show her inspo pictures as after just talking with her about my wedding, the dress, and my vibe she completely knew what I had pictured in my head! Pulling from her bank of incredible hairstyles and working in individual details, we found my bridal hair in one look! After my trail, I braved 30 mph winds in central London and all my friends were amazed at how my hair didn’t budge - not even one bit!

Then comes the wedding day, and Starr was the perfect balance of positive vibes and calmness to my morning. She was able to add subtle changes that morning without hesitation, as I wanted some parts more ‘undone’ as we learnt from the trial the hair stays all day/night - exactly what you want from your stylist!! Starr is not only a hairstylist but the greatest friend you need in those panic moments. From helping my mum get me into my dress to perfectly placing my veil in, whilst hyping me up just moments before I walked down the aisle!

I was so lucky to have found Starr to style mine and my three bridesmaid's hair for my wedding day. Starr was very professional, warm and lovely to be around. We did a bridal hair trial six months out from the day and tried on two styles (a low chignon bun and Hollywood waves, fitted with my veil too), both were gorgeous but in the end I went for the Hollywood waves as I felt more comfortable having my hair down as it felt more like me! Hollywood waves is a very difficult hairstyle to create (I've tried to do this style myself and epically failed) but Starr did this superbly and she reassured me they would last the whole day, which they did! My bridesmaids' hairstyles all looked beautiful too, and Starr did all four of our hair with time to spare. Highly recommend hiring Starr for any hair styling needs!

Starr was an absolute dream to have as my wedding hair stylist — not just once, but twice! She styled my hair for both our intimate micro wedding in London in 2024 and our wedding celebration in France in 2025, and each time she exceeded every expectation.

From our first chat, Starr made me feel completely at ease and instantly understood the look I was hoping for. She has such a calm, reassuring presence, which was exactly what I needed on the mornings of both weddings. I would highly recommend Starr, she was professional, super friendly, and most importantly her results are amazing! Myself and all of my bridesmaids loved our hair, she was also very accommodating considering we had to move venues half way through the getting ready process!

I’m so glad I chose Starr for my wedding day hair! She was happy to meet before for a haircut and also nailed the style I wanted. I was really impressed with how it held up, even with all the rain! My hair stayed in place for the outdoor photos, despite the drizzle, and looked amazing throughout the whole day. She was easygoing and lovely to work with, making the whole experience just easy and fun. I would highly recommend her if you want someone easygoing, calm and who’ll keep your hair looking flawless, no matter the weather!

Star did my sister, mums and my hair for my wedding day in August 2024. We had a trial a few months before where it was lovely to meet Star and she really listened to what we wanted. My sister and I both wanted up-dos but wanted them to be unique, and both wanted slightly different things. Star was amazing at considering our style ideas and we were so happy with the work at both the trial and the wedding day itself ! As well as being an amazing hair stylist, Star is a really lovely person too. She was very calm on the day but also had a good laugh with us, and it felt like having another one of the girls there. I couldn’t recommend Star enough and will absolutely be booking her again in future for events!

Starr was excellent- professional and calm which was what I needed on my wedding morning! Starr was incredible from the day we booked to the good bye after touch ups, she made us feel so calm and put together and listened to everyone’s needs and was honestly just the best, she sang, danced and really got in to the whole day even helping me and mum get me into my dress 🤍 I can’t wait to need you again xxxx
