Jackie did the hair and makeup for me, and hair for my bridesmaids on my wedding day and she was absolutely fantastic! I can not recommend her enough. She listened to everything I wanted and that meant that it was perfect straight away and no changes were needed. I don't often wear make up and was worried it would feel strange, but it was light and I soon forgot I was wearing any.
Communication leading up to the day was great so I had no concerns about anything, and because Jackie is organised everything went smoothly. She is easy to chat to and get on with and it felt like I had known her for years. -

I cannot recommend Jax-Glam Beauty enough. From the moment that I made my initial enquiry, the communication and services received was delivered promptly, in a professional manner. Myself and Maid of Honour visited Jax for our trial where we tried numerous hair and make up options, but were never made to feel rushed or pressured to agree to something because we were becoming short of time. On the day of our wedding Jax arrived early and kept to schedule, even though I had a couple of mishaps throughout the morning. Jax is very knowledgeable, talented and definitely value for money. I would give 10 stars if it were possible. Thank you so much Jax for making the whole process a stress free and calm one, just what a Bride needs on her big day! -

First time I met Jax with my MOH we were completely at ease. We had a trial run in her salon and she really listened to what I wanted. Loved the air brush foundation as it felt really light weight, and my hair was stunning.
We had a relatively small bridal party with just the 3 of us. Jax arrived and set up then did hair and make up for all 3 of us. We were all over the moon with how we looked and Jax was such a calming and fun person to have around in the morning.
Further to the beauty element, she was also very helpful with answering little queries and giving us some tips for the day with all the wedding knowledge she has built up over the years. She stayed until we left for the church and was super helpful with last minute fixes, laying the dresses out for the photos, etc.
Her pricing is great and she was very responsive. She sent through all the timings for the day and extra information so there was never any questions.
Would highly recommend Jax to anyone! -

Thanks so much Jackie, the hair and makeup looked amazing. It felt flawless all day, I can't thank you enough! I'm not someone who wears my hair up often, Jackie reassured me she could put it up without it pulling or putting too much pressure on my head, I didn't take the hair down until past midnight and it didn't hurt at all! She was a calm , fun presence and very professional. -

Jackie was absolutely amazing. My hair was the best it has ever looked (which is exactly what you want on the biggest day of your life!). I knew what I wanted and Jackie was really thorough in the trial. I even went back a second time so we could really nail it. On the wedding day my hair was even better and it’s because Jackie completely understood the brief.
My makeup was also gorgeous. It looked flawless in photos but felt lightweight to wear. My lashes lasted for nearly 2 weeks as well!!
I look at my wedding photos and love looking at my hair and makeup in them. Thank you Jackie for all your help on the day. -

I would 100% recommend Jackie for your wedding day! She is an amazing professional and made me feel and look the most beautiful bride on my special day! She listens to what you want and is able to advise without making you feel pressured to go with something that you are not sure about. Everyone had lots of compliments for my hair!
Family and friends who also have had their make-up and hair done by Jackie were very happy too! -
