I can't thank Colette enough for providing such an incredible service both on the wedding day and in the lead up to it! In the months leading up to the wedding, she was really quick to respond to emails and provided a lot of reassurance when I was weighing up whether Hollywood waves would be suitable for my hair as I have natural afro hair (I had a keratin treatment and blow dry ahead of my trial and the wedding day).
I had a trial at Colette's home and was blown away by the end result - I knew then that I had to have Hollywood waves!
On the wedding day, Colette arrived promptly and created a calm and friendly environment for myself, my bridesmaids and both Mums to have our hair styled. My bridesmaids all asked for different hairstyles and this wasn't an issue at all - Colette created the perfect look for each of them and we were all made up with their finished styles!
My hair came out even better than it did at the trial - I honestly felt like a supermodel when it was finished! Colette took her time to perfect the finishing touches and made sure the waves were set but still had movement which was what I asked for. She also finished the look by attaching my veil, pearl hair comb and even my earrings when I was struggling to get them in due to my shaky hands!
I had so many compliments on my hair and the style lasted the entire day - even with lots of dancing and hugging!
Thank you so, so much Colette for everything! You are so talented and it was a pleasure to have you there on my wedding morning. -

Hair Wizard!
Colette is one of those wedding vendors who takes all the stress out of the day! From perfecting my bridal hair at the trial, to working with my bridesmaids' range of hair textures on the big day, I felt totally in good hands during the whole process. Colette was super organised and professional, sending over hair care tips in the run-up to the big day and ensuring we got the most out of her styling skills on the day. She helped plan a rough timeline of the getting ready portion of my wedding morning and made sure everyone was completely happy with their hairstyle. A perfectionist and a professional, thank you so much Colette! -

Despite the early morning you brought the energy and did an incredible job on myself, my bridesmaids and both mine and my husband’s mums. I can't describe how talented, professional, friendly and approachable Colette is. At the trial she got my vision straight away and provided lots of advice and direction. On the day, she was even better and I can't believe what she created. My whole bridal party felt super confident. She made me look and feel like a million dollars and I wouldn't have changed a thing about what she created. My complete trust in her capabilities meant I had a stress free morning. I couldn't recommend her enough. -

Can’t thank Colette enough for everything she did on the run up to the wedding and on my actual wedding day! I didn’t have a large bridal party but we had a few last minute changes and she helped with everything. Colette and the Amy Lauren MUA worked seamlessly together and helped with so much more than beauty (like taking stickers off shoes!!). I honestly don’t think the morning would have gone as well as it did without them both.
My hair was beautiful and everyone was complimenting me all night I’ve never felt so happy with my hair! -

Colette was AMAZING. Arrived on time & put all the girls at great ease whilst creating pure masterpieces in their hair. Everyone’s hair stayed in all day and continued to look amazing despite wind and rain. We can’t thank Colette enough for her hard work and talent. She really is a power house. We would all recommend her & would give her 5 stars. Some words from my bridesmaids too:
‘She was fab, timely to the schedule, hair stayed in all day (and night) I didn’t actually take it out till the morning and she worked wonders to get my hair into a bun considering it’s so short!’
‘Stunning hairstyle she adapted it to suit my fringe and shape. Stayed in all day and gave me such great hair advice to take away. Hair never moved all day despite the weather 🤣 ‘
‘The hair was great. She added a hair piece to my thin hair and it didn’t look like I had one. She added lots of volume and the hair lasted.’
‘colette was absolutely brilliant from the get go. Super organised, very talented and managed to please everyone in terms of personal styles and tastes, yet kept on theme with the bride’s wishes in terms of updos. I have fine hair and struggle with volume, so was a bit concerned about an updo generally, but she managed to make a messy bun and curls last all day and all night! Would recommend her in a heartbeat. Fantastic!’
