Thankyou for making me feel so pretty on my wedding day! I couldn't help but look at myself with hair and makeup done when I caught a glimpse of myself on a mirror! I felt like a princess! ♡
I had a hair and makeup trial with Gigi that made me feel so comfortable. She listened to my wishes of natural makeup and a simple low bun up do. Then recreated the same thing only better on my wedding day! Natural makeup that just didn't feel like it was there (as someone who doesn't wear much makeup this was important to me) and an up-do of a low bun to receive my cathedral veil and delicate hair piece. I had a package with Gigi for me (the bride) and one bridesmaid. We were both over the moon with our final looks. Gigi arrived in a timely manner and I was sent an accurate and detailed time plan for how the morning of the wedding was going to go.
Once all was done, I did feel a little rushed that all that was wanted was photos for the social media of the completed look with me in my dress. Which I understand was important to Gigis profile, but as a bride it seemed too rushed and I would've liked to feel more relaxed as I wanted to do my daughters hair before getting in my own dress, but was made to feel like I didn't have time so I didn't do her hair. Then I was stood waiting for 20 minutes for the wedding co-ordinator to come and get us so I would have had time after all.
Gigi was great at helping get bridesmaids zipped into dresses. And helped with getting me in mine. She sprayed perfume down my veil as I asked and helped with finishing touches.
So thankyou again Gigi for making me feel like a princess for my wedding day ♡

We’re so happy to hear that you felt comfortable during your trial and that you were pleased with your hair and makeup on the day. Your natural, elegant look suited you perfectly, and it was a pleasure bringing your vision to life.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt rushed while getting into your dress, especially around the time we captured some final photos. Please know it was never our intention to cause any stress — your comfort and enjoyment are always our top priority.
As per our schedule and contract, we aim to have our brides fully ready (including dressed) one hour before the ceremony — in your case, by 12:30 pm for a 1:30 pm start. This allows enough time for your photographer to capture those special moments, for you to meet with the registrars, and to enjoy a calm lead-up to the ceremony.
Regarding your daughter’s hair, we offered to help with it simply as a kind gesture, so you could take a moment for yourself without any extra pressure. Everyone was so lovely and relaxed throughout the morning, and we were more than happy to assist wherever we could.
That said, we truly appreciate your feedback. It helps us reflect and ensure every bride feels supported every step of the way. Thank you again for choosing us and for your kind words — it was such an honour to be a part of your day.

Gigi was amazing I had no idea what I wanted for my event and she listened and gave me the perfect look everything finished to perfection she was amazing and I have booked in again in a few weeks! -

Life saver 🥰
After being let down by a previous supplier GiGi helped straight away and responded so quickly to messages so after stressing being let down by someone else she saved the day! Perfect make up for myself and 2 others and hair for my nan too! Super talented and kind!! Loved having GiGi as part of our Wedding morning 🥰 -

Perfection!
On the morning of my wedding, Gigi and Luis were absolutely fantastic, their timings were perfect and everything went so smoothly, my nerves melted away thanks to their professionalism and also the fun and laughs we had all morning!
I had originally booked a different person to do my hair and for Gigi to do my makeup but at the last minute (I think 2 days prior to the wedding!) I lost confidence in my original hairstylists lack of experience with extensions and I'm so grateful that Gigi was able to work out the timings and make time to also do my hair, and what an amazing job she did! Thanks to the excellent communication from Luis we got that sorted so quickly which was such a huge relief for me. If you have clip in extensions for your wedding then I would certainly recommend Gigi, they weren't going anywhere and were so comfortable.
The make up Gigi did for myself, my mum and bridesmaid was fantastic, she really tailored it to what would suit each of us and it lasted so well.
I will always look back on my wedding morning with Gigi and Luis so fondly 💕 -
