Having Carys as my MUA was the perfect choice for me. Usually I don’t wear too much make up so it was all a bit new to me, which did have me worried when I was looking for an MUA. However Carys made myself and everyone else feel calm and comfortable on the day. The hair and make up looked excellent and stayed on all night.
The make up trial really helped me feel confident in my choice and how I would look on the day. When she said 3 hours for the trial I originally thought that it may be too much but the time flew by and I had a great time!
Thanks again Carys for helping make my special day! -

Carys was highly skilled, professional and friendly. Her pricing is very reasonable and clear. Travel etc is all built into her quote which I found helpful. I really liked that my trial was at her studio as I preferred this to an mua coming to my house. Carys encouraged and took on board feedback at my trial.
She always responded to emails within 24hrs. She happily answered questions and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for her.
She arrived on time to the venue and my hair and makeup looked incredible and greatly exceeded my expectations as it looked better than my trial hair and makeup which I loved anyway. My mum and sister loved their makeup too and said how lovely Carys was. I would 100% recommend Carys without hesitation. -

2025 bride
I originally had my make up done as a bridesmaid and as soon as I got home from the wedding I booked Cary’s for my own wedding. Cary’s is so warm and professional and knows how to make you feel relaxed. I don’t normally wear a lot of makeup and Cary’s explained all the questions and options so I could make informed decisions about my make up she made me have a nice natural look and all my bridesmaids look stunning. I felt confident and I’ve looked so pretty and everybody commented on how lovely it looked on the day.
110% would recommend. -

Carys was simply brilliant from the first message right through to some pre-ceremony touch ups. I wanted a natural look for me and my bridesmaids. She listened and tailored what I wanted and it felt really special.
We had a winter wedding and to make use of the light weight had our photos before are ceremony. Carys was prepared for all weather conditions in her planning and make up application. She made our day so special and she really helped calm my nerves on the big day.
I would recommend her to everyone -

Absolutely gorgeous !
I don't usually wear much makeup and wanted to look my best but still me. I loved all of Carys' looks on her instagram but honestly from start to finish she was a superstar !
From outlining costs, timeline, skincare etc to planning the wider bridal party.
She did a trial for me and my mum and took the time to understand our skin, colourings, vision we're going for - but also she made it fun to try out different looks and discuss other options such as a bold lip or more nude.
On the day, it was so lovely getting ready with her and the rest of my bridal party - she was so efficient with timings and made everyone feel a million dollars from start to finish.
Genuinely I looked and felt the most stunning i have ever been, and I just wish I had more reason to get Carys to do my makeup all the time ! -

Incredible!
Carys was absolutely amazing from the moment we met her at a wedding fair. She took the time to ask detailed questions, ensuring she fully understood the look I envisioned for both myself and my bridesmaids. The hair and makeup she created stayed flawless all day, and I received countless compliments throughout the celebration. Carys is not only incredibly talented but also professional and warm, making the entire experience truly wonderful. -

I had the most amazing experience with Carys as my wedding makeup artist! Her work is absolutely stunning, and she truly made me and my entire bridal party look and feel beautiful. From the moment I met her at the makeup trial, I knew we were in great hands. Carys is incredibly friendly, and her calming presence made the whole experience so enjoyable.
On the big day, she handled the challenge of getting 9 ladies ready effortlessly, keeping everything on schedule while making sure each person looked perfect. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she knew exactly how to bring out everyone’s natural beauty. The products she used were lovely, and our makeup looked flawless throughout the entire day.
I can’t recommend Carys enough! She’s not only a talented makeup artist but also such a kind and calming person to have around on your wedding day. Thank you, Carys, for making us all feel so gorgeous! -

Carys provided makeup for myself, my sister and step-mum.
Carys is a lovely person and made us all feel very relaxed and comfortable on the day. We all loved the makeup and it lasted right until the end of the evening!
From the trial to on the day, Carys made sure I was happy with everything and made sure we all had the makeup looks that we wanted.
Overall we had a great experience, and would definitely recommend Carys.
