Bowie was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole wedding make up and hair journey. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was absolutely incredible from our initial bridal makeup trial to the wedding day itself, she was so communicative, professional, and reassuring every step of the way (through booking and explaining the process, online video consultation, the MUA trial, communicating in the run up to the wedding, coordinating bridesmaid make ups and amendments).
On the big day, she and her colleague worked together on all 10 of us — including both mums (bride and groom) and all the bridesmaids. She really listened to everyone’s individual preferences and brought each vision to life beautifully. Every single one of us looked and felt stunning — the makeup and hair were flawless. Specifically, she helped me incorporate my traditional cultural hair accessories and made it go so well with the overall look.
She was perfectly on time, and we were ready ahead of schedule. She coordinated effortlessly with our photographers, videographers and wedding coordinator on the day. She stayed behind for touch-ups and quickly helped with my hair change between the ceremony and the wedding breakfast.
Everyone’s hair and makeup held up the entire day and night without a single worry (it lasted through rain and dancing). Thank you, Bowie, for your calm positive energy, dedication and talent — it truly made the morning feel effortless and special. Thank you for being such an important part of our wedding day! -

I chose Bowie out of many makeup companies in Scotland for my wedding. I tried another makeup artist first before I met Bowie, but she didn't understand how I wanted to look on my wedding day, and she was not professional and didn't meet my expectations. I was disappointed and had little hope to find someone that would make me look pretty and comfortable in my makeup. After that, we found her and I had a trial makeup session with her. The makeup that Bowie put on me looked much more natural since she has varieties of good makeup tools and items; she could apply the best suited items for me. After the trial, I instantly decided to go with her.
A few weeks before the wedding, Bowie and I had a video call to finalize my hairstyle, makeup etc. where I could tell her my final thoughts and requests.
On the wedding day, she did a great job on my face and hair, I couldn't be more happy. She did bridesmaids' hair as well with a good timely manner.
Overall, I was truly happy that I could work with her. She is detail oriented and caring, which I really appreciate. -

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Bowie for my wedding. She’s knowledgeable, experienced, and incredibly adaptable. She listened to my needs, and her professionalism and punctuality were impeccable. My makeup was flawless and lasted all day, even it was raining outside. Highly recommend her for any bride looking for the best!
