From trial day to Wedding day she listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure my mother’s and mother-in-law’s makeup was done just how they requested as well. I asked for a soft, elegant makeup look, and she delivered exactly what I wanted. The makeup was flawless, natural, and very refined — it enhanced my features without looking heavy or overdone.

We did not have a test makeup session beforehand, and all communication was done through chat, so everything was tried directly on the day. Despite that, she understood my preferences very well and executed the look beautifully.

She also did my hairdo perfectly, following my reference and personal preferences precisely. The result was elegant, neat, and long-lasting throughout the event.

In addition, she was professional and very attentive to detail. She listened carefully, made me feel comfortable during the process, and was open to small adjustments to make sure I was fully satisfied.

Shoba is truly amazing! The BEST. I wanted a very natural subtle look and she did it so beautifully. My hair was gorgeously done in a bun. I felt so gorgeous! Not only is her make up perfect she is such a lovely warm person and I’m so blessed that I made a good friend. From there I got tailored skin care routine for the months leading up to the wedding. My trial was a dream and she managed to make me feel so comfortable. The wedding morning was exceptional. Shoba was absolutely excellent, going above and beyond to make me feel gorgeous on my wedding day. Her makeup look was even more beautiful than I could have dreamed of, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Where do I start with Shoba! Firstly she is an amazing makeup artist! My wedding makeup stayed on all day and she nailed the brief. I had a trial before my wedding where I met Shoba at her studio and nothing was ever too much - constantly asking me if I liked the look or if I wanted any changes, advising me on the different products and helping me put my hair up in the way it would be for the wedding and providing jewellery to pose with and help the look all come together. I felt really at ease and was so excited for her to be a part of my wedding morning getting ready - she assured me if I had any queries before just to message her which I did and she always responded so promptly. Shoba gave me a thorough tailored skincare regime which I followed before my wedding which improved my skin, and I am still happily using it today post-wedding. Shoba is very organised taking photos/videos and notes of preferred looks to then ensure nothing is missed on the big day! I had a last minute addition to the bridal party which was no issue and Shoba ensured I had a schedule for the morning so everything was kept to time. On the day Shoba was prompt as ever and has such a calming nature which will settle any nervous bride, she is also so complimentary and kind to everyone who sits in the seat in front of her. She is also very easy to work with in terms of other artists i.e. hair artists - a true professional. Not only did I get the best makeup look - as did all my bridesmaids and mothers of the bride, but we also got some amazing photos and videos Shoba took all in good time which I will cherish forever! Shoba was amazing start to finish. Before my trial I sent her inspo pics and at the trial she was so professional and the vibe was so lovely with music and light refreshments. I was so pleased with her work but had some small amends ahead of the big day which she took on board - I was thrilled with my final look on my wedding day.
She also gave me loads of advice in the lead up about how to have my skin perfect and prepped. She really goes the extra mile.
I also had 9 bridesmaids and my Mum needing make up which Shoba accommodated by bringing a colleague. Shoba’s work is fantastic. I wish she could do my make up every morning!

Shoba was incredible! I found her during a instagram search and as soon as I looked at her work I knew I needed her as my make up artist for my big day. I’d had problems with other MUA’s replying but Shoba replied pretty instantly. She organised calls prior to securing which was great, made me feel really at ease and helped with my skin care journey too!
I had a trial before and it was a good job I did, I’m so indecisive. I still really loved my make up at the trial but realised it just was not me anymore, it would have been 15 years ago. I changed my mind 3 weeks before but Shoba didn’t panic, nothing was too much trouble. She absolutely smashed it on the day! The pink tied in with the flowers so well, my eyes were subtle but stunning and I felt completely like me. Shoba was professional, punctual, kind and patient. She fit in so well with my girls, who also loved their make up!

Shoba is an amazing MUA and I would highly recommend to anyone getting married or needing a makeup artist for an important event. From when I went to my trial she was so warm, welcoming and friendly. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and executed this perfectly. Before the wedding day she was so organised in setting up a schedule for me and my bridesmaids and was so prepared. On the morning she created a lovely atmosphere where we were getting ready and did the most perfect makeup not only for myself but also for mother of the bride and bridesmaids. She worked so hard to capture special moments from the morning which I will keep forever. Shoba was absolutely amazing and not just during my wedding day for but for the whole time. She was the best part of wedding planning - it is a lot of stress but Shoba made sure to never be part of that stress. She is a rock throughout with the skin routine from the start to ensure my skin felt perfect for makeup to the makeup trial to the actual day. She caused me no stress and only made me feel special and wonderful. During the wedding planning I was feeling very stressed and was not too excited for the wedding as I only cared about becoming my now husbands wife and saw my wedding as the hurdle I had to jump to get there, but after the trial I finally started feeling excited for my wedding day and cannot thank Shoba enough for what you did.
