Lucy was professional, friendly and was able to bring the vision to life! Our stayed all night - even after an intense scavenger hunt with lots of running around! Great prices for the quality of work - highly recommended!

I couldn't recommend Lucy enough. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is very professional and really listened to my ideas. The hairstyles she created were super pretty and lasted. She made my wedding morning really fun and calm which helped settle my nerves! Highly recommended to any bride to be.

Lucy is incredible. We met before the wedding to test out ideas and plan for the big day. Lucy arrived early, she not only made me look fabulous she also did my mom’s hair, my matron of honour and my flower lady. We all loved her work!!

Lucy was absolutely amazing from the moment I booked her. Having recently had a baby, she sent me a few gentle reminders about getting a trial booked (baby brain was not firing correctly in line with planning a wedding!).

She came to my house for the trial and I had two different ideas of what I wanted. Lucy was so accommodating and redid my hair 3 times (!) until she developed a hybrid of the two styles. I had been planning on taking my hair down for the evening, along with an outfit change, however, I loved it so much that I decided not to!

On the day, she ensured myself and my bridesmaids were at ease and did an absolutely incredible job. She was so easy going and happy, it was contagious. All of our hair held all day, and everyone was super happy with how their hair was styled. I’ve even recommended her to hairdressers who are looking for wedding stylists!

Lucy was amazing and so professional.
I am a mature woman who was attending an award ceremony where I had been nominated an award. I lack confidence, so I felt nervous about having my hair done. Lucy made me feel so relaxed , she was experienced and so knowledgeable.
My hair looked fabulous.

A trial before the wedding was also done. I had a vague idea of what I did and didn't want. Lucy offered her expertise and had lots of idea's. She tried multiple styles and if I wasn't too keen, she was more than fine with that. ( I have found with some hairdressers at other weddings, they seem quite rushed and almost annoyed if you don't like something)
I did message Lucy a few times with questions and idea's , she responded quickly each time.
All the styles were lovely and lasted all day. She even waited around to put in my veil after I had changed into my dress and had make up done , as she knew I was worried about getting it wrong . Luckily for me she didn't have another appointment for a few hours after.
Lucy is very outgoing and approachable, just like having another friend with you whilst you get ready for the biggest day of your life.
She is very competitively priced, and is worth every penny and more.

Lucy was incredible! She created the very specific look I had in mind with a Hollywood wave and centre parting, and it was absolutely perfect. I’d changed my mind since the trial but Lucy was so flexible and completely nailed the exact style I was envisioning. She also styled the bridesmaids’ hair into gorgeous relaxed updos, which looked amazing and suited everyone beautifully. Thank you so much!

She’s so warm and friendly, and made me feel completely at ease every step of the way. Lucy brought my vision to life, not just for me, but for my bridesmaids and my mum and the results were even more stunning than I could have imagined. Lucy offers a great package and is a exceptionally talent hair stylist.

We had our wedding in Bournemouth, however we live in Warwickshire, so I was unable to make a trial appointment.

Lucy's communication was excellent, I have very weak signal, so most communication was email and WhatsApp. I was able to send Lucy the desired hair styles for the wedding party and their hair, she gave her professional opinion, whether each style would work for each lady.

Before, the wedding day Lucy sent me a time line for each hairstyle, this really helped, especially with the photographer.

Lucy was very well equipped, organised and calm. Which is exactly what one needs on such a stressful day.

Lucy arrived nice and early and was working 15 minutes ahead of time. She also did touch ups before the photos, something I wouldn't have thought about, though after sliding in and out of my wedding dress four time after having my hair styled (Lucy probably regretting taking me on at that point), she calmly touched up the hair style.

We had an curly up bun with hair comb and finger tip veil.
Fish tail with hair vine.
Half up tie back with hair comb.
Blow dry with loose waves and hair band.
All of the styles looked exactly as requested.
And each stayed in for 48 hrs.
Absolutely, fabulous value for money.

I would advise brides to make sure the venue has parking for Lucy, since she has a lot of equipment and make sure there someone to greet her. This was an oversight on my part.

Unfortunately, though I informed the hotel of the time of Lucy's arrival time, the hotel didn't tell me about the reception not being manned until later and our room wasn't the easiest to find.

Fortunately, Lucy was ahead of time and very organised. I would definitely recommend Lucy for any hair styling requirement wedding, ball etc.

I’d highly recommend Lucy and give her more than 5 stars, if that was possible! Lucy’s done my hair for over 10 years now and I'm more than happy to travel 2 hours to get my hair done by her, as I no longer live nearby. Throughout the years I’ve had plenty of colour changes and style changes, nothings ever to much trouble for Lucy. I recently had my bridal hair done by Lucy, she also did my bridesmaids and mum. All of the hair looked absolutely stunning first time and stayed in place throughout the day. Lucy didn’t make anything feel stressful and made sure everyone was happy before leaving. Super talented hairdresser and can work with anything, so thank you!

We got married at Corfe castle but live 3 hours away. I had to pick someone without meeting them or having a trial.
I am so glad I found Lucy. She was amazing from the start. She had phone calls with me, we messaged pictures for mine and my daughters hair and she allocated extra time on the day to make sure I was happy.
On the day, Lucy went above and beyond for me. She offered to pick us up when my taxi cancelled last minute, she waited while my toddler had a meltdown when it was her turn and nothing was too much trouble.

I would absolutely recommend Lucy for any wedding! Everyone commented on how lovely mine and my daughters hair was done.

My hair is super fine and so so straight. It never really does anything but Lucy made it look beautiful, natural and stylish and it stayed in all day! She really went above and beyond.
