From the very first correspondence, Jojo has been kind, reassuring and expert. During my bridal make up trial, Jojo showed genuine interest and expertise in crafting the perfect bridal look and was so kind and encouraging throughout. Not only is Jojo extremely talented, she was really tidy and hygienic in her preparations and application of the products, and very gentle on my skin and hair.

On the day of my wedding, Jojo was a constant calming presence and I could not be happier with the final look. I had a very diverse bridal party, and each of the ladies were equally delighted with the results and really enjoyed their time with Jojo, she is such a genuine person and took brilliant care of all us.

JoJo honestly worked a miracle with my hair and makeup - she gave me my dream look, it stayed in place despite me crying almost immediately in the ceremony, dancing around without thinking about my hair for a moment, and playing the violin! Jojo did my hair and makeup, my three bridesmaids’ hair, and my mum’s makeup.

Jojo was also such a wonderful person to chat to, be with, and have as part of our wedding. I loved chatting with her - she is absolutely lovely and a fascinating person. She also made the preparation so easy and smooth with her unflappable professionalism and good humour - she has been on many stressful film sets, so she can handle absolutely anything.

Jojo guided me to achieve a look I’d be absolutely happy with, especially as I have fine hair which I was worried about. She recommended hair extensions for me that worked perfectly, giving me the dream up do I wanted. She also included lashes which worked really well and she made sure I was comfortable with, and created a glowing makeup look which I loved.

Jojo is just a total gem. I loved working with her and my makeup on the day was just perfect. She was so accommodating and flexible to my requests and just a pleasure to work with.

Jojo was so nice and professional throughout the whole process, taking really good feedback from the trial and taking on board tweaks I wanted for the final day. On my wedding day itself she was really calming, which was needed when the room suddenly got busy with photographers and vendors coming up to check instructions, and the bridal party getting ready too. My bridesmaids hair looked stunning aswell. Would highly recommend!

We initially had hair and makeup booked with another supplier, but unfortunately, there weren’t enough artists available to accommodate everyone in our bridal party. That’s when Jojo stepped in—and she was an absolutely fabulous addition to the team!

Jojo was professional, adaptable, and came fully prepared with everything needed to create a variety of styles to suit each person. She listened to what everyone wanted and delivered beautifully. A special mention goes to how she styled my sister’s hair—she has very thick, straight hair that usually doesn’t hold curls for long, but Jojo worked her magic. The curls were gorgeous and lasted the entire day!

Jojo had many packages to offer. She does makeup for all types of occasions. We did a trial at her home in Penge and she made such a great impression. She kept in contact with me since then up to the big day, and was fine with any changes I wanted to make from my trail. I was so happy to have her with my on my wedding day. She was so bubbly and kept boosting my confidence in complimenting me. She also took my mind of things as she was able to be flexible on the day as at one moment I had to finish my hair and pause makeup and another time she helped put my shoes on whilst I was having something else done. She calmed me right down and kept checking if I was ok with what she was doing. I picked the package where I have her for up to 3 hours after makeup is done. So she came to my ceremony location and gave me touch up just before I walked down the aisle. She also gave my maid of honour a emergency mini pouch with a powder, sponge and a bit of the lipstick-gloss that she used on me. I highly highly recommend.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better makeup & hair artist! From the very beginning, her communication was amazing and she made everything feel easy and stress-free. She arrived on time, created a relaxing atmosphere in the morning, and did the most beautiful job with both hair and makeup - I received so many compliments throughout the day! Jojo was fabulous. I don’t often wear makeup, she did an amazing job of making it look natural but also making me feel special for my big day! She was really accommodating with some last minute changes I wanted to make as well. I have curly hair and was keen to find someone who could work well with it, Jojo managed to work with the curls to tame the frizz but still true to my natural hair! I had a very small wedding so just myself and my sister getting ready together in the morning and Jojo was so much fun to have in the room, she made us both feel super comfortable and we had such an enjoyable morning with her!

Hiring Jojo for my hair and makeup was one of my best wedding-planning decisions! I could not have been happier with the result. I don't wear much makeup so I felt rather clueless but Jojo helped explain everything and made my not-so-clear vision come to life. My bridesmaids were very happy with their H&MU and we all appreciated the natural and not over-done look. Makeup and hair stayed in place really well long into the night so I assume she must use great products. Jojo is also a lovely person who is great to hang out with on the morning; she was calm and collected the whole time so we never had to worry about timings or anything else. I was happy I did the trial with her because it made the morning-of really smooth.
