Wendy was just amazing from start to finish, listened to what I wanted but made recommendations from her years of experience that I hadn’t even thought of. Was great on the day and worked around the chaos of a wedding morning. I have that much faith in Wendy that she has now become my go to hairdresser and would always recommend to others.

I cannot recommend Wendy highly enough. She was friendly, helpful and lovely to work with. She listened to what I wanted and more importantly what I didn’t want and made me feel and look perfect for my big day. Her products match her professionalism, thank you Wendy.

I booked this stylist for my wedding next year and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I paid a £175 deposit to secure both my hair trial and the wedding day service, but communication was extremely poor from the start. Every email I sent had to be chased because I wouldn’t receive a response unless I followed up.

I emailed asking to confirm the time of my hair trial on multiple occasions and to discuss the hair extensions we had talked about to which I never received a reply. I even tried messaging her on instagram, and again my messages were ignored. For something as important as wedding preparations, clear and timely communication is essential, and repeatedly having to chase for basic information became very unnecessarily stressful.

Over time, I began to feel increasingly unsure that my booking was being taken seriously. The lack of acknowledgement, updates, or reassurance made me lose confidence completely in the service, especially given how important reliability is when planning a wedding.

Because of this ongoing lack of communication, I no longer felt comfortable depending on this business for my wedding day and requested a refund of my £175 deposit. Despite Wendy’s side of the contract not being upheld, she refused to give any partial or full refund, even though I don’t feel the level of professionalism or follow-through I expected was provided.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience, and based on the communication and service I received, I absolutely cannot recommend this business. In a very busy and expensive time, I am now £175 out of pocket for an extremely poor chain of emails. I am writing this review so that other brides don’t have to go through the same stress and expense that this has caused me.

Wendy was so helpful in the run up to the wedding, making sure I got the look I wanted. I was a bit nervous not having had a trial, but I was in good hands, and the results were gorgeous. We all felt a million bucks, thank you Wendy!
