Our Perfect Day 5.11.11
Sarah Hyde had the kind of enthusiasm that puts many wedding planners to shame. She is so methodical in her work and note taking, not to mention genuinely the most caring woman you could ever hope to meet. I would recommend her to every bride from a £1000 budget to a £10,000,000 budget - she's the planner for the job, hands down. Emily Hibberd goes out of her way to accommodate your room requirements and takes care of any problem with pleasure. Peter the Banquet Manager has a fantasic instant raport with adults & children alike. He had my complete trust within one minute of meeting him. Paul the Banquet coordinator was proactively helpful throughout the entire day and beautifully well mannered. Malcolm the concierge is a man of few words & every last one of them is exceptionally polite.He is a true gentleman and treats every guest he meets as though they were royalty. Kelly on reception us consistantly attentive & helpful despite seeming to work 24 hrs a day. Kirstie Tifrani had a brillant head for last minute details & helped keep the very last minute guest list changes under complete control. Mike Sutherland the toastmaster associated with Sprowston Manor was charming in every way. He was quick to get everyone laughing & took on our very specific requirements with ease. I did not have to think twice about asking him to speak on the spur of the moment as nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic wedding venue!
I recently got married at Sprowston manor (august 19th 2011) and I simply cannot fault the hotel and their staff. My husband and I, and our guests were thoroughly spoilt by the staff throughout the day and nothing was too much trouble. The care and attention paid particularly by the banqueting manager Peter made the day a dream come true for us. The hotel rooms were exquisite as was the food. We really couldn't have wished for a better day. Sprowston manor provide a personal, professional and magical day for guests and bridal party alike. We can't wait to revisit the hotel!

Superb hotel for a wedding
Our daughter and her fiance chose this hotel to get married in and it was a fantastic day. Everything went as we were told it would, the staff were brilliant,the food was excellent, can't think of a single thing that was wrong. All our guests commented on the service they received, everybody felt that the hotel made the day a really special one for the bride and groom. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a wedding venue. A special thanks to Peter and Sarah for all their help before and during the day and to Michael for his sheer presence!

Wedding August 2010
What a fantastic venue for our wedding. From the start our wedding co-ordinator Sarah Hyde gave us excellent help & advise in a professional but friendly manner and was always available for any queries. We asked for an elegant but relaxed atmosphere and we had just that. She also managed to secure us a fantastic menu for our Wedding Breakfast as well as giving us helpful tips and advise. Our Banqueting Manager Peter Mcgowen gave us outstanding service. On the day he made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish and we cannot praise his services enough. We had a meeting 2 days before the wedding and from that moment on he looked after everything and worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure that everybody had a good time and he certainly went out of his way to make us feel special. The food was second to none and our compliments go to the chef who did a fantastic job. All in all we had a fantastic wedding day and its all thanks to Sarah, Peter & the rest of the team, keep up the good work!

Perfection!
Nothing we asked for was too much trouble and our wedding planner was available at all times in the run up to the wedding. On the day itself the staff were excellent and spoke with our guests without becoming intrusive. The food was excellent and the service far exceeded our expectations. If you book your wedding here, they take all the stress away! Perfection!

Best Wedding Ever
Sprowston Manor made our day the best day ever. Even though the weather wasn''t on our side - being a Bank Hoilday! Great space inside and outside venue. eg, gardens, golf course, food, interior, friendliness. Great Rooms, Great service, Made us feel we were really special.
