The Comb is a renovated Border farm situated in the stunning Tarset Valley in the Northumberland National Park, It is nestled in 60 acres of private land, which is covered with forest, woodland and meadows. This unique venue can cater for up to 120 guests and offers a variety of both indoor and outdoor event spaces for you to use as you wish for your special day. There is an intimate courtyard setting, as well as stunning outdoor spaces with beautiful panoramic countryside views, making for a magical ceremony to remember. You can choose to have Reception drinks in the courtyard or sociable Lodge lounge area, where your guests can spill out onto the balcony and grounds.Your wedding breakfast is held in the expansive Dark Skies Barn which has a rustic, yet contemporary feel. This place is quite deceptive from the outside! This event space can be used in a way which fits the style of your wedding. Once you have enjoyed your meal, you and your guests can enjoy drinks from the bar, dance the night away or take time to soak in the amazing dark skies of rural Northumberland.

The Comb provides a variety of spacious accommodation for both you and your loved ones to enjoy over your 2 night stay. Within the grounds of the estate there is an expansive ten bedroomed Lodge sleeping 20, a beautiful 3 bedroomed Farmhouse to sleep 6 and a quaint Cottage that sleeps up to 4. The Lodge Lounge is a perfect place for your 30 guests to relax together before your big day.You will feel like you have hired your own private country retreat for your special celebration.

The day before your wedding you are able to decorate the Dark Skies Barn, again in your own style. This is a wedding venue where you can really put your own stamp on your very special day.
