We cant thank you enough.
Really, we can't thank you and the rest of the staff enough. Everything went so well both on the lead up to the day and on the day itself. You helped us to prepare, put us at ease and made the run up to the big day so smooth. You were always on hand to answer our emails and queries and were so flexible with our arrangements and requirements. Both of the girls that looked after us on the day were fantastic. Sam did a great job in the day helping with all the arrangements and the girl that helped at night (we can't remember her name, so bad of us, but think it was Colleen or Collette? She was young, fairly short with dark hair) was fantastic too. We ran behind right from the start and our guests were a nightmare to sit down, herd around, get inside for the first dance etc. Our speeches ran over. Everything was a bit haywire but the staff all dealt with it so well. We can't thank you enough. The whole place is such a great venue. If the sun had come out we could have enjoyed the gardens, but it didn't matter about the rain because we used the upstairs room for photographs and the room provided a lovely back drop against the wooden panelling. The whole place just worked so well for us. The ceremony room was lovely, the outside space was great for the smokers in the evening, the room itself is a great size both for those who want to dance on the big dancefloor and for those who'd prefer to chill out and talk away from the music and the bar area is great for those who want to break away. We would definitely recommend this venue and just want to say a very big thank you to you all!

Care and Attention
The General Manager, Kenwood Hall. My wife and I would like to thank you for the care and attention to detail your staff gave at our daughter Jennie Medcalf’s wedding to Richard McGrath on Sunday 29th May at Kenwood Hall. We would particularly like to thank Colette for her warm and friendly manner-nothing was too much trouble for her and everything went according to plan. The Wedding Breakfast was excellent, and throughout the evening reception we experienced the same level of service. Everything was splendid from start to finish and your entire staff made us feel at ease which helped make the day that extra bit special. Thank you, John & Sue Medcalf

Wedding Day
Hello Caroline, I just wanted to say thankyou so much for helping us to arrange our wedding day at the kenwood hotel, the day was amazing, everyone who helped from preparing the meal, serving the meal, cleaning up and turning the room around, to making sure we had everything we needed did a fabulous job, there was nothing that was too much trouble, Collette was so friendly and made everyone feel at home and kept everything to time, even down to the ladies who cleared up after us were so nice. My Mum and mother in law were over whelmed by their rooms, they say it was the best room they have ever had in a hotel, our room was second to none too, i will be recomending you to any future brides, i hope you will pass on my thankyou's to the people involved. I would just like to say a very big thank you to everyone who played a part in our Wedding at Kenwood Hall. It couldn’t have been more perfect and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. From the moment we booked, I felt reassured that everything was in hand and Caroline was always there if I needed to talk / panic and change final details. A very special thanks also to Sam and her wonderful team. Sam has obviously done this more than once and her advice, professionalism and expertise made sure the day ran like clockwork. Excellent Grounds and Reasonable Cost
We recently celebrated our wedding at Kenwood Hall Hotel in Sheffield on the 29th August 2010. We chose the venue because of the excellent grounds and reasonable cost. I woudl like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at the hotel who made the day so enjoyable., they were extremley helpful and made the day far less stressful. We have special thanks for Katarina who was truly excellent. Many guests commented on the efficient yet personable manner in which she managed the day. In this society we are very quick to complain hotels get it wrong but we would like to thank your hotel for making our day so right.

Our wedding
The venue was perfect and all of the staff really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole thing went off without any issues. We particularly liked the fact that there were a number of different rooms to use, with people being able to have a dance or some quiet time as appropriate. The gardens looked lovely, with the wedding photo’s turning out brilliant, as they showed all the colours of the trees in autumn. The food was very good, as I know it can be difficult feeding large numbers at the same time. Numerous people commented that they really enjoyed their lunches. We’d definitely recommend the venue to others, if asked.

Great Start to Life Together
Hello Caroline - once again I can only thank you and your team for helping to create a day I know my daughter and son-in-law will always treasure and one that all our guests will remember for a long time to come. Service at every level was outstanding, from the moment we arrived on Friday until our departure on Sunday. The level of attention we received on the day itself was truly outstanding and unforgettable. Considering the problems that you and your team must have faced under rather unexpected and trying conditions, I can only say again that you made every aspect of the day run smoothly. Our MC for the reception was delightful - she ensured that everything went without a hitch, as did every member of your staff. Thanks to everybody at Kenwood Hall for making my daughter's special day even more special! I know that both Elizabeth and Paul had a wonderful time - the perfect way to begin their life together.
