Booked this company 2 years ago for our wedding on the 17th March 2026, my last father in law had a wedding taxi business so this was meant to be a great surprise for all the family…..
Booked from 6/10pm, our photographer finished at 6 because of this and thought we could get all the evening guests photos done in the taxi!!
Didn’t buy a guest book as this was included in the package…..

They didn’t show up!!!!!!!! Tried calling, call got declined, took them a week to email me with no remorse whatsoever, saying the heard the name of our venue on the multiple voicemails that were left but didn’t know it was a missed booking?!?!?!?

Eventually got our money back but I can’t get the memories back, disgusting company to deal with.

Such a great idea however you will be truley disappointed.Messagesd on the day of the wedding stating car has broken down and said will refund asap. Went on to ignore all calls and messages. After some research found out who the owners are ( they brought this company last year) I was lucky enough to get my money back as I found out where they live etc. They should be ashamed of themselves doing this to people. Looking at the reviews the good ones are done by them themselves. If you try and leave review anywhere else that shows how bad they truly are they remove your review and block you. Please hitched don't recommend this company to anyone and remove from your site so they won't have to go through what me and my husband had too on our special day and afterwards trying to get our money back.

They cancelled on the morning of the wedding (fully paid up) used bank transfer if you are going to risk these use credit card might be easier to get a refund...car had broken down=bride upset lucky the DJ sorted a photo booth out for us...then no communication for refund...false promises=bride upset...if you just communicate we could understand money troubles whatever just communicate.... disappointed not recommend bride and groom out of pocket looking like small claims court for money back...

Having Taxi Snaps at our wedding was one of the highlights of our evening! From when Chris arrived, he was flat out busy with our guests. All of our guests raved about the photo booth and absolutely loved being able to keep a photographic memento from the evening! Chris was absolutely brilliant and even went to round people up who hadn’t been in the photo booth yet!

I cannot recommend Taxi Snaps enough if you are considering a photo booth at your wedding!

Technical issues led to an incomplete service on the Wedding Day. Afterward, the company ignored all attempts to resolve the issue and deleted reviews on other platforms. While technical problems are understandable, their lack of follow-up or acknowledgment regarding the failure to provide the advertised service is unacceptable.

Taxisnaps at our wedding were one of the best decisions we made. It was a fantastic way to create a guest book at our wedding, recording memories for ever. Our guests really loved it as well, especially all the props. We have to say we were really happy when our attendant spent time going round our guests making sure they knew the taxi was there and ensuring everyone was in the guest book - it made it feel extra special knowing everyone was included. We also appreciate how they didn't rush to move on, Taxisnaps was at our venue for 3 hours and it was perfect amount of time so both out day and evening guests had time to use it. I would really recommend the use of Taxi Snaps!!!

Brilliant service my guests absolutely loved it, and lovely touch having the guest book! 100% recommend!!

We had Taxisnaps at our wedding last weekend, and it really was a massive hit with our guests! The taxi is gorgeous and looked so nice outside our party room. The man running it was so mega friendly and helpful. You get a lovely guestbook and a USB stick at the end, so we can look back on all of the photos!

EVERYONE adored the TaxiSnaps experience and the photos are hilarious. A fantastic lasting memory of our special day. The set up of the taxi looks really professional and worked perfectly with our venue. Definitely recommend

Quite possible the best thing we had at the wedding - everyone absolutely loved the vintage taxi and brought such fun and laughter to the day - would highly recommend for weddings and parties it's awesome and Chris and Matt are great and so accommodating

Fantastic photo booth. Both adults and kids enjoyed it and was such a novelty at my brothers wedding on the 18th June.

Just had Tallulah at our UK wedding party last night. She went down a storm with the guests. Everybody loved her. I highly recommend taxi snaps for your party. Such fun. Organised brilliantly can't wait to see her again soon.
