Sam beautifully captured our day from start to finish, professional and friendly throughout.
On the day, Sam was kind, organised and calm. He made us feel at ease and managed to get the most perfect shots, all whilst being discreet (like the ceremony) and works great with photographers. He’s so professional and has years of experience- and the footage speaks for itself!
Breathtaking drone shots, funny interviews with guests, speeches, capturing the moment our surprise singing waiter fell over and then broke into song, ceremony tears, laughter across the day, sparklers, confetti, you name it. Sam didn’t miss a trick!
As a result, we have a gorgeous, funny, love and laughter filled wedding video that feels so personal to us and so different from other wedding videos we’ve seen over the years. Our wedding video doesn’t just show our day, it shows us and our guests as people, you can really feel the day - and that takes a lot of attention and care from a skilled videographer.
Sam met all our expectations and more. We had a couple of calls with him, told him what we wanted and he absolutely smashed it. We 1000% recommend him as a videographer 💕 -

We cannot recommend Sam at White Villa Photography & Films highly enough! From the very first conversation, his energy and enthusiasm put us completely at ease. He has such a warm, easygoing attitude that made the whole experience feel effortless rather than stressful, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day!
On the day itself, he was an absolute joy to have around. He moved seamlessly through the chaos of getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception, always finding the perfect spot without ever being intrusive. His calm, friendly presence genuinely added to the joy of the day rather than distracting from it.
But it's the final video that truly blew us away. He didn't just film our wedding, he captured us. Watching it back, we could feel the same laughter, tears, and love we experienced in person. He picked up on the little quirks and inside jokes between us and our families, the quiet glances, the emotional moments, and wove them together into something that feels completely, unmistakably us. It's not a generic wedding video; it's our story, told with real heart.

Sam & phil - dream team!
I don’t even know where to start with Sam and Phil at White Villa Weddings — they were nothing short of wonderful.
Going into our wedding day, I was carrying a lot of anxiety and insecurity, both in myself and just with the general overwhelm that comes with the day. Sam and Phil met that with so much kindness and patience. They never once made me feel rushed, self-conscious, or like I was “too much.” They just quietly made space for me to feel comfortable, and that meant more than I can put into words.
The photos and videos have turned out absolutely beautifully. Every image feels like us — not posed or stiff, but real, warm, and full of the actual feeling of the day. It’s clear they weren’t just there to tick off a shot list; they were paying attention to who we are as a couple. Honestly, we love the whole gallery so much we can’t choose which pictures to display — so we’ll just have to go with them all!
They also work seamlessly together as a team, and were wonderful moving through the room and being amongst our family and friends. Nothing felt staged or intrusive — it was all natural and beautiful, like they’d known everyone for years.
The highlight video was a genuine surprise — not quite what we would have pictured or requested if we’d tried to direct it ourselves, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. Somehow they saw something in the day that captured us perfectly, our whole relationship and “vibe” encapsulated in this video we can cherish forever. The way they’ve edited and put it all together is stunning. It captures us more perfectly than we could have imagined.
Beyond the talent, it’s their generosity that really stayed with us. On the day, they couldn’t do enough to make sure everything felt right. Afterwards, when we came back with edit requests, they were just as accommodating and patient, never making us feel like an inconvenience.
Sam and Phil aren’t just brilliant at what they do — they’re genuinely lovely, thoughtful people, and we feel so lucky to have had them capture our wedding. If you’re looking for a photographer and videographer who will treat you with real care as well as skill, look no further. We’re endlessly grateful. -

Beyond 5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Wedding Videography & Photography
White Villa’s portfolio speaks for itself. They were one of the first suppliers we booked for our wedding, and we still feel so much joy looking back through the incredible photos and videos they created. The feature film is a beautifully crafted piece, the music, clips, and overall storytelling are just perfect. We also appreciated being able to request the unedited footage, which has been fantastic for seeing unseen moments from our day, along with receiving the full 4K version of the films.
Both Sam and Phil were absolutely incredible on the day and captured our wedding exactly as we hoped. If we could give them more than five stars, we would! Communication leading up to the wedding was excellent, including a Zoom meeting to discuss our preferences and key shots before the big day. A highlight was receiving our photos while we were on our honeymoon, such a special surprise!
Our wedding took place at Tortworth Court in Bristol, and it was captured using the highest quality equipment, including drone footage, multiple cameras, and discreet sound recording for the speeches. It’s clear that Sam and Phil have a real passion for creating the highest quality film and photography.
We couldn’t have chosen a better team to capture our wedding. We highly recommend Sam and Phil to anyone looking for truly talented and professional wedding videographers and photographers. Even years later, we still love following their work on Instagram and reliving those memories through their amazing content. -

What can I say! Other than phenomenal! Sam from the outset was very communicative and consultative around what we wanted a month before the wedding.
He made some suggestions but said it was best when capturing the'essence' of our special day without much guidance.
We left it to his experience and having watched the videos multiple times and just received a very nice decorative USB stick of the day I can say his skill, production values and camera magic really captured what we wanted beyond our expectations.
I can't recommend Sam highly enough and it is worth every penny to have such memories of a ' once in a lifetime ' event.
During the wedding we hardly noticed Sam was there, unless he was directing us occasionally, as he blended in seemlessly with the wedding party, but he seemed to capture the event better than I can even recall.
All in all, Sam was a joy to work with and I would recommend him 100% to create special memories of your special day. Thank you so much!

Sam and Phil are quite literally the best and we recommend everyone using them 110%!! We used them for our wedding in November 2024 and literally could not fault them - they worked so hard to ensure that the whole day was covered and were so professional, we hardly noticed that they were around and they produced such high quality photos and a mind blowing video. They are worth every penny and such gentlemen, our family loved them. Looking to book them again for future events as they were such a great bunch to work with. -

We received an amazingly thoughtful wedding video alongside recordings of the ceremony & speeches with remarkable audio quality that let us relive our special day all over again!
On the day, Sam worked seamlessly with our photographer to blend into the crowd and avoid taking us out of the moment while somehow capturing pristine video of us and our guests enjoying the festivities and experiencing the full array of emotions.
We had Sam film our wedding day from start until the wedding breakfast and the only regret we have of working with White Villa was not having them for the whole day!
Absolute recommendation - you see every penny you pay for in the love and care both on the day and in the final product - thank you again for the memories.
