From the moment we came across Tom's work, we knew he was the videographer we wanted to capture our wedding day. After speaking with him, we were completely certain he was the perfect fit for us. His passion, professionalism, and friendly nature immediately put us at ease, and we knew our memories would be in the best hands.
From the very beginning, Tom's communication has been exceptional. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our wedding film, talked through every detail with us, and made us feel completely confident that our day would be captured beautifully. Throughout the whole process, he has been organised, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions.
On the day itself, Tom was incredible. He blended into the background so naturally that we barely noticed he was there, yet we always knew he was capturing the moments that mattered most. He worked seamlessly alongside our photographer, making everything feel relaxed and effortless, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment of our wedding.
Although we're still eagerly counting down the days until we receive our wedding film, seeing Tom at work on the day gave us complete confidence that it will be something truly special. We honestly can't wait to relive every laugh, every happy tear, every vow, and all of the little moments we may have missed. Knowing we'll be able to experience those memories again in a few months is such an exciting feeling.
Tom, thank you for being such an important part of our wedding day. Your professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion for what you do gave us complete confidence from start to finish. We cannot thank Tom enough for capturing our wedding day so beautifully! Tom kept in touch from the moment we booked with him and ensured that he understood exactly what we wanted. He made us feel so ease and on the day, he managed to film so many amazing moments without our guests even noticing! We were thrilled when we received our final videos and will cherish them forever. Absolutely Incredible!
What can we say… no words will ever be enough of how amazing and brilliant Tom was. From the very first time we met via a Teams call we knew straight away he was the one for us to celebrate and share our most magical day with us in September 2024.
Tom slotted straight in with everyone from the get go and we are sooo grateful that he captured our most special day. He absolutely didn’t disappoint. His work made us cry watching it all back and everyone has commented on how brilliant he was on the day as well and you really couldn’t tell he was there. We would a thosusand percent recommend Tom!

Highly recommend!! Stunning video footage and clearly very experienced in what he does! From the start Tom has been an amazing person to work with, he's so cheerful, professional and just a lovely guy! He spoke with our Photographer beforehand to help them work better together on the day, they were both at the venue before I arrived to start getting ready and worked so well together.
On the day he was such a pleasure, I was feeling quite stressed in the morning and he was such a calming, positive presence to have around, filled me with compliments when I came out in my dress (which I really needed haha!) and I just feel he went above and beyond what we paid for.
My now husband and I really enjoyed the chat we all had at the end of the night before he left too and we honestly would have kept you both as guests if you were up for it!
Our videos are absolutely beautiful, I cry every time I watch them and the highlight video is perfect for showing friends and family! But also my older relatives said they struggled to hear during the ceremony and were so happy when I told them they can watch it back on their TVs!
We'll be forever grateful for all that you've done and for anyone unsure of getting a videographer PLEASE do it, you will regret it if you don't! It's such a whirlwind of a day, as everyone says, and we missed such a lot and forgot to take photos with people because you're so in the moment. We love our wedding photos but I've even taken screenshots from the video footage as they captured bonus special moments and people who I wish I'd gotten photos with! And if you're going to go for it... Tom is your guy! -

From the beginning, Tom was incredibly professional, responsive to emails and understanding of our needs. He was (and is) the most supportive and kind vendor we had at our wedding. He understood the brief of our "nerdy-chic" wedding and was well on board to film it, showing his genuine excitement throughout. He guided us through the process and asked the right questions to get all the details that were important to us on our big day. Throughout the day, Tom was the calm in the storm and made me and my groom feel relaxed. There were no forced moments, it was all natural shots fly on the wall style. My guests did not notice Tom was there and could enjoy the day without intrusive cameras. Tom went above and beyond for us both and was a true gentleman, helping with jobs other than filming, such as bringing the groom's belongings to the room without being asked! As the bride, he made me feel like I was the most radiant person in the whole room without being overbearing. He was polite to all guests and made them feel at ease. He also helped my amateur photographer friend to take the best shots possible, and helped her to organise the family portraits using his wealth of experience of weddings. Tom got so much detail of the wedding and we got to see so many little moments that we missed and so many happy, smiling faces of our guests. It made all the planning worthwhile to see the enjoyment on everybody's faces. We asked for lots of footage of my little niece and nephew, our grandma's and my dad that we will treasure always. We asked for a first look, which Tom was excited to film, capturing the true emotion from us both. In the evening, we played the Mr and Mrs shoe game, and without being asked, Tom filmed the whole thing and included it in our videos. It gave us a lot of laughs. Tom also used his drone to film the venue and it's lake to add an elegance to the videos. No shot was questioned and Tom filmed everything we asked for. He was so professional yet laid back and like an old friend you'd known for years. Tom was dressed very smartly which made him fit in well to the wedding. We and the guests could tell that Tom is truly passionate about weddings and capturing the love. We could not recommend Tom Barry of Marvellous Videography more highly and his videos will be watched at least every anniversary. We can't wait to show our future children our special day. -
